Chapter 13 Terrible Death

Chapter 13 (Sunpaw's POV)

Sunpaw dashed towards a mouse and got it right when it saw her coming.Quickly she bit it's neck and it was dead.

"Good job"SquirrelPelt meowed.Sunpaw smiled.

"Come on lets he the prey back to camp"SquirrelPelt meowed.Sunpaw grabbed the mouse and Squirrelpelt grabbed a small pile of prey he had caught.When they headed back they heard a screech come from behind the camp.

"Come on it came from this way!"Sunpaw yowled an she dropped the mouse and ran to where the screech came from.Squirrelpelt was right behind her.She stopped and coils believe what she saw.Father...on the ground, all bloody, and dead.

"NO!"Sunpaw yowled.Tears started steaming down her cheeks. Sunpaw looked between Flamepelt's claws.White fur.Not mothers, but Frozenpaw's fur.

"Who killed him?"SquirrelPelt asked.His voice was shocked with horror and sadness.

"Frozenpaw!!"Sunpaw cried then buried her muzzle into Flamepelt's blood ginger fur.Her tears soaked into Father's pelt.Sunpaw gently grabbed Flamepelt's scruff and put his body on her back.Squirrelpelt helped carry him back to camp.When they got back to camp, everyone went silent and stared at us in sadness and horror.

"FLAMEPELT NO!!"Airpaw's voice yowled as she raced to us.

"What happened?!"Mother order as tears poured down her cheeks.Sunpaw saw Frozenpaw and set Flamepelt's body down gently.Sunpaw ran over to Frozenpaw and pinned her down,not playfully, but fiercely and angerly.

"YOU DID THIS!!!"Sunpas screeched.

"I did not!"Frozenpaw growled.

"Don't play innocent!I saw your fur in between father's claws!"Sunpaw yowled.Webstar ran to Flamepelt's side and looked between his claws gasped an made everyone silent once again.

"GET OUT OF MY CLAN,YOU MURDERER!!!"Webstar yowled.Frozenpaw growled.

"Why should I listen to you!"Frozenpaw snarled.

"I am leader of Snowclan and also I am your mother's mother" Webstar growled.

"How dare you Frozenpaw!"Airpaw sobbed.Frozenpaw snarled and stalked out of the camp.

"To night is the night that we honor Flamepelt and make sure he gets to Starclan safely.Tonight we will be with him for his last night then bury him in the mourning"Webstar meowed mournfully.Many cats,Including Sunpaw and Airpaw,Sat by his body.Sunpaw got up at moonhigh and fell asleep instently when she lay down in her nest.

Sunpaw woke up in a misty, green forest.

"Sunpaw"A voice whispered.

"Hello?Who is there"Sunpaw meowed.

A beautiful she cat with calico fur appeared in the white mist.

"I am Spottedleaf"The cat meowed.

"I am here to tell you that you must help your mother destroy the darkness this is trying to consume you mother"Spottedleaf.Sunpaw nodded.

"Air and Sun will unite and destroy the darkness from within and bring peace"Spotttedleaf whispered before she disappeared.

Sunpaw woke up to the sound of Squirrelpelt's voice.

"I am coming"Sunpaw meowed sleepily.

"You get the day off, your father died, so I will get you relax today"Squirrelpelt meowed.Sunpaw got up and padded over to Airpaw's nest.

"Mom?"Sunpaw whispered.Sunpaw nudged her a little.Airpaw woke up.

"What is it,Sunpaw?"Airpaw meowed sleepily.

"I was visited my Starclan,I think,Last night"Sunpaw whispered.This woke Airpaw all the way up.

"A star clan cat named Spottedleaf said that I must help you destroy the darkness that is trying to consume you"Sunpaw meowed.

"Please help!"Mom begged.

"I will"Sunpaw meowed.

"Good"Mom meowed.

"SpottedLeaf also said something else"Sunpaw meowed.

"What?"Airpaw meowed.

"She said Air and Sun will unite and destroy the darkness from within and being peace"Sunpaw meowed Quietly.

"A prophecy I believe"Airpaw meowed.

"I will try my best to save you some this darkness the prophecy said about"Sunpaw meowed.Airpaw meowed.

"And I will try my best to protect you from Frozenpaw and the darkness"Airpaw meowed softly as she smiled at Sunpaw.
