Ch. 5

"LETS PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!" Cam yelled. I hate truth or dare to be honest. It always turns into either really gross, or really pervertish I guess. Sometimes its funny though.

"Kenzie!" Bailey snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Oh yeah? Sorry." I said and felt my cheeks heat up in embarrassment.

"You in?" Matt asked me. I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"I guess." I said not excited at all. I sat down as we formed a circle on the ground.

"I'll start! Jenna truth or dare?" Aaron asked her.

"Dare."

Aaron smirked, "I dare you to kiss Jack Johnson!" He yelled. Both Jack and Jenna's eyes widened. I think I saw Jack blush a little too. I laughed and watched them. Jenna crawled over to Jack and sat in in front of him. She leaned in and so did he. They kissed for a good 30 seconds and then backed away. All the boys ooh'ed and Jenna blushed. She sat back down and thought.

"Okay! Mackenzie truth or dare?!" She said.

"If I choose truth I'm a wimp, so dare." I said getting nervous for my dare. I knew it gunna be bad.

"Okay, hmm." She said and looked around the room.

"Kiss Nash!" She said. My jaw dropped and my eyes widened along with Nash's.

"You can always chicken out." Matt whispered in my ear.

"No, I'm fine." I said and put my hand on his.

I stood up and walked over to Nash. I let out a big breath and sat down. He wrapped his arms around my waist while I cupped his jaw. I then leaned in and kissed him. It was a pretty good kiss but, no sparks, no butterflies, nothing. We pulled away for what seemed like 5 seconds but I guess it was more like a minute. I looked and saw everyone with their jaw dropped. Taylor looked mad while Cam and Matt looked disappointed. What did I do? I sat down next to Matt again and it was now my turn.

"Carter, truth or dare?" I asked.

"Dare obviously."

"Okay go run in your boxers down the hall yelling püma." I said smirking.

"Easy." He said and got up. They guys got their phones out to vine it while I just walked next to Taylor. Carter started running pant less and yelling püma. We a died laughing and walked back to the room.

"Can I talk to you?" I asked Taylor.

"Uh. Yeah sure." He said. I could tell he was still mad but I wasn't sure why.

"We'll be right in. Tell the guys." I said to Aaron. He nodded and walked in. The door shut and I turned to Taylor.

I leaned on the wall behind me and started talking.

"You okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah I'm fine." He said but I knew he was lying.

"Okay I'm going to ask again and this time I want the truth. Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yes! I already said I was!" He yelled. I flinched at his loudness.

"Than why were you so mad earlier?" I asked barley above a whisper.

"I-I wasn't. I'm going back in. Are you joining me?" Taylor asked. I sighed.

"I guess but we aren't done here." I said and pointed to him.

We walked in and all eyes were on us. I sat down next to Matt and continued playing the game. The night went on with laughs and lots of fun. I'm glad that these guys were so welcoming. It was now 3 in the morning and we were all about to fall asleep. I was lying on the floor on my back next to Jenna. We were talking and laughing. Everyone else was everywhere in the room.

"Someone carry me?! I wanna go to bed!" I shouted with my eyes closed.

Next thing I know I heard fighting.

"I'll take her."

"No I got this bro."

"Dudes I told you I'm taking her."

"Just let me take her, my rooms right next to hers."

"So is mine!"

I opened my eyes and saw Nash, Taylor, Matt, Jack G, and Cameron. I rolled my eyes.

"I just wanna sleep! Okay okay. I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 10. Guess." I said frustrated.

"Uh 3!" Nash yelled.

"5." Jack G said.

"2!" Taylor yelled.

"7." Matt yelled.

"8." Cam said.

"Come on Matt carry me away!" I yelled.

"Yes!" He shouted and leaned down. He picked me up and was about to bring me in when I said something.

"Wait! I need to say my goodnights!" I said.

"You're such a little kid." He said and laughed. I giggled as he brought me to each guy and I said goodnight.

"Goodnight beautiful." Cam said and kissed my cheek. I smiled at his compliment.

"Goodnight Cameron."

"Goodnight Mackenzie." Nash said and also kissed my cheek.

"Night."

"Goodnight gorgeous." Taylor said and kissed my forehead. I smiled.

"Goodnight Tay." I said. Matt carried me into my room and Jenna was already in bed. Bailey was saying goodnight to the guys. I had changed earlier so I was already in my pajamas. Matt set me down on the bed and sat on the floor next to me.

"Uh Mackenzie, can I ask you something?" He asked.

"Mhm." I said and rolled over to face him.

"Did you enjoy it.. The kiss?" He asked quietly. I sighed. I knew this was coming.

"To be completely honest. No. But don't tell him. Please." I said with hopeful eyes.

"I won't. Goodnight beautiful." He said and kissed my cheek. I hugged him and he walked out. What an eventful first day. Tomorrows Magcon though and I couldn't be more excited.
