Mukti's pov.

I wake up with the creeping sound of birds coming out of the window. The tree outside the window is a home to many birds. I wake up and try to move but fail. A smile crept on my face as feel Abhimanyu's hold tightens on my waist and as he snuggles in my hair more. I turn towards him and kiss him on his nose. I place my palm on his cheek lightly without any pressure and just admiring his presence. The ring on my ring finger shines. I just move my finger lightly on his bare back, very well aware with the fact that he feels ticklish.

"Ummmm...." he moans in sleep moving a bit. "I just love your habit of sleeping shirtless...." I murmured. "And I hate you habit of waking up so early. Go from here. Go.." he said irritatingly in sleep and drawing the quilt completely over his head. I wake up from the bed and stretch myself. The condom foil wrappers from last night still lay on the floor. And a blush crept my face. Yes I blush now. I pick the wrappers , and Pick up our scattered clothes and dump them in the laundry basket. I make my hair in a bun while walking to the window. I open the window and gush of really wind gushes in. Abhi's tee shirts are comfy but not cold resistant.

The window gives a beautiful view of the small lane passing through the backside. The tar road was wet with the dew. The leaves of the tree in the backyard also hydrated and fresh with the dew over it. Across the lane were hills, hills with step farming of tea plants. Neat and beautiful, which further was lost, lost in the fog.

My eyes fall on Madhyam. He was running past through the tar road lane. Fucking hell why don't we just kill him. We needn't need to justify anything to anyone. Just fucking kill the bastard. He was trouble right from the day he walked in. I just wanted to stab him right in his heart. Never in our wildest dreams any one could have thought he could abduct Nandani. Nandani.... I wanted to meet her. Badly but these men they aren't allowing me. Whom to be scared of Madhyam? Fucking ass. My foot. Abhi told me about her. He saw her last night. He told that her eyes, they scared him. He said She's not anymore the Nandani we knew. And the most disturbed person after coming here is Manik. He hasn't slept since the day we came here. They don't tell me the whole thing. I don't know why.

"Mukti close the fucking window, I am naked under the blanket." Abhi's irritated voice brought me out of the trance. I smiled and closed the window and went to take a shower.

Pulling a hoodie over my head I went downstairs. My still wet hair were making me feel cold despite of the hoodie and stuff. A coffee could only do good. I went downstairs and saw Manik standing over the hallway leaning over the door facing the other house. Where Nandani lived. The puffs of smoke indicated he was smoking yet again.

"Kya bat hai janab subah subah chai ki jagah jadibooti mar rahe hai??" I said patting his back trying to lighten the mood. He looked back over his shoulder. His eyes widen as he saw me. He quickly scanned the outside surrounding and turned back and held my elbow and pulled me inside. "What the fuck! Didn't we guys tell you to stay in. Mukti please understand. We got you here just on one condition, that you will be staying away from Madhyam's eye."

"But Manik..." I tried to protest. "Coffee? I am making coffee and you are toasting bread." Manik said and went away.

I sighed looking at Nandani's place and went towards the kitchen. Tell me anything Manik Nandani se toh me mil k rahungi.
