Everyone was going great.

Just swell.

But great moments come to an end.

Marinette was standing at her balcony, as she couldn't sleep. Turn out Sabrina snores.

Loudly.

A pair of black hands covered her eyes.

Either it was instinct, or just pure fear, she elbowed her attacker in the abdomen.

"Gee, Purr-incess, you sure do have a strong arm."

"Chat?! What are you- why are you--"

"I'm gonna stop you right there. I'm here for a...vacation! Yeah...A vacation," Chat chuckled, rubbing the back of his head.

Marinette mumbled some incoherent words before sighing.

"Oh. Well, come in, I guess.. Need anything in particular?" She asked, walking into the room.

"No.. Just bored."

" 'Kay then... wait.. How did you know I was here?"

"Uh.. A little birdie told me.."

(Face palm)

Marinette made an expression very similar to this: -__-

"Uh, sure. Anyway, where are you staying?" She asked, changing the subject.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" Chat said, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Uh-! Chat Noir!" Marinette whisper-shouted in disbelief, jokingly pushing him away by his cheek. "I meant, ahem, what room are you staying in? If you're even staying in this hotel, that is."

"What, so you can sneak in and see my identity?" Chat smirked.

"Gah- no! I can't- I mean-- why would I?!"

Chat shrugged.

"Dunno. Maybe you'd want to see my beauty under the mask.." Chat shrugged once again,"or..Under the suit." Chat smirked again, and in a jokingly way struck a seductive pose.

"Chat Noir, you are disgusting!" Marinette gasped at his dirty joke.

"No, I'm Chat."

Marinette closed her eyes and slowly breathed through her mouth in irritation. "Look. I cherish my sleep. And I know you probably do too. So go into your room and stay there."

Marinette turned around and pushed Chat off the balcony by his back.

"Aw, I only just got here," Chat jokingly pouted.

"Out."

"Okay, okay."

When the door was finally shut, Marinette lent against it.

"Gee, I can't even escape him in Italy?!"

"Hey, I heard that!"

"Then stop being a peeping tom and go!"

Morning came much too quickly for Marinette's likings.

"Damn girl, you look as if you haven slept for a week," Alya chuckled, rubbing her eyes and climbing out of bed.

"I didn't.." Marinette groaned, facepalming her pillow.

"Aw, c'mon..I wanted to go to the mall," Alya moaned.

"Yeah, okay, few more minutes.."

"Nu-uh, I heard they have a buffet breakfast and I am not missing out on them pancakes," Alya said, pulling Marinette out of bed by her ankles, much to her dismay.

"Nooo..."

The cold struck her as she landed on the soft carpet with a small 'oof!'

"Good morning, starshine!" A certain boy bounded through the door, "the earth says hello!"

"Well Marinette says goodbye, so bye-bye Banana Boy," Marinette groaned again, pulling the duvet cover over her face.

"Yeah, anyway, what are you doing in here? No boys allowed," Alya said, crossing her arms.

"What do I look like, a murderer? I came to get my Marinette," Adrien huffed.

" 'Your' Marinette, hm? Well girl, make sure to use protection, I ain't up for the idea of being an aunt at seventeen," Alya smirked.

"Alya!" Marinette screeched, her face going the shade of Tikki's.

"Oh don't worry, we will," Adrien winked.

"Adrien, you're not making this any better!"

"Oh shut up. Get dressed and then meet me at the lobby. We're getting ice-cream," Adrien said.

"And what if I refuse?"

"That's not an option," Adrien muttered, picking at his nails,"like I said, 10am, lobby, ice-cream. Addio."

"Ugh-- Adrien!" Marinette half-shouted as he shut the door,"since when do you speak Italian?!"

"So..." Alya started,"what happened, girl?! First you couldn't even talk to Adrien, and now you're fighting with him like you're a married couple! I need the deets!"

"Alya, chill, we're just friends. We became closer on the plane ride. He said he wanted to learn more about me and I just...rolled with it."

"Hm..I still think you're perfect for each other, though."

(Don't we all?)

"It'll never happen.." Marinette sighed.

"What? Why?!" Alya groaned.

"Because, I'm..Me! I bet you one- no, two hundred euros that he ends up marrying Chloé."

"She'll probably have to  pay triple that before she can marry Adrien, don't worry."
