Elliott's eyes widened slightly, and he rubbed his head, "Uh... You could say no? I would prefer not to answer this question though."

There were a few aww's and sighs that passed everyone the class, but everyone's hands were still up in the air. All of which, were girls.

Elliott added, "Question not relating to my private life?"

The hands all fell down, Lena turned to me, "Worth a shot."

I smiled at her, and they were knots in my chest. I stopped liking him ages ago, but I was incredibly curious. I never imagine that he would have a partner one day. Could this mean that he had a on and off girlfriend? Perhaps, a friend with benefits? His girlfriend was probably an extremely attractive, delicate and timid person. I could imagine them going out on dates, watching movies. Something that Elliott was extremely passionate about. Then going home, and Elliott cooking a romantic dinner for the both of them. I snap out it, I shouldn't be thinking about this.

"Okay well then," Elliott glanced everyone the class, and finally his gaze landed on mine, "Let's have another great school year then."

A series of cheers burst out through the class. Soon, he started introducing what we will be learning this year in class. He would be our language teacher. Which wasn't entirely surprising to me, he always had his nose buried in a book and a journal an arm's reach. It wasn't long before class ended, it didn't feel long at all. Something tells me, maybe this year will be alright.

While class ended, I looked up to him only to find him looking at me. It felt like forever before he finally diverted his gaze away from mine.

Before I could be lost in thought again, Lena began taking me around school. She showed me around the classrooms, telling me that the first floor belonged to the first years, the second floor to the second years and third floor to the third years. Unlike other most schools in the city, this high school only had three years and freshman year was considered the last year of middle school.

She showed me through the gym, multi purpose classroom, art room and the music room. The music room had a small piano, but Lena told me that there was a grand piano in the gymnasium. Where all the ceremonies were held. When the tour ended, she asked me which club I wanted to join. Lena was in the art club, with her. I might join the art club, but I can't say I wasn't interested in the music club.

"Do you want to eat lunch with Emma, Dan and I?"

"Really," I confirmed, "You would invite me?"

"Sure why not," Lena pinched my cheek, even though we just met today I had the feeling that we would form a great friendship, "Stop questioning everything, Alivia."

I nodded, "Okay."

She grinned, "Great."

When the school bell rang again, we were waiting at the school for Emma and Dan. Lena told me that Emma and Dan were in the same class, and she thinks that they are probably in love with each other secretly.

"Sorry we're late," A girl with blonde hair and soft chocolate colored eyes ran towards us, in front of her was a guy with honey colored hair, "Ms. Esme didn't let us go until we finished our worksheets."

When they noticed me, they didn't look at me strangely at all.

Instead the guy with honey colored hair and dark eyes flashed me a confident grin, "You are the new girl right? I am Dan."

The girl with blonde hair waved at me, in a quiet, soft voice she greeted me, "I'm Emily, but you can call me Emma. For me, any friend of Lena is a definite friend of mine."
