Chapter 7
When the van stopped, we slowly turned towards the back door of the van. It seemed to take forever for the men to unlock the doors. They were really scared of us. Considering how big they appeared when we caught a glimpse of them, it is hilarious how scared they act towards us. We could see the lock slowly open and then the doors were slowly pulled apart. We were completely prepared to jump the people outside of the van. As the doors opened, Izzie jumped first and kicked the first man in the head, disappeared and ran off. The man who was kicked yelled but fell, silent. The next thing I knew, Cory disappeared and jumped over the next person who was trying to keep us from escaping. He caught the man's head as he jumped over him and knocked him out. Thank goodness, that left me with only one person to disable. I grabbed the van keys out of the third man's hands, roundhouse kicked and caught him right above the ear on the right side. He dropped, almost in slow motion, and fell silent. I ran to the front of the van, stuck the keys in the ignition, started the van and took off. Luckily, I was too fast for anyone to have a chance to follow me. Izzie and Cory were both waiting for me a few minutes down the road. We drove quickly back to our original location, grabbed the belongings that we could and took off.
"It's time to find another hideout," I said, smiling at my two friends. would this be a good time to bring it up. i guess it is better than any other time I have come by.
