I found 3 baby birds, have 3 dogs on all sides, and cats in the surrounding area. we waited from 4 pm to sun set (around 8:30 ish) for any mama birds to check on them, but we didn't see any.
They made it through the night! 🐦🎉🎆 Dad's dubbed them the "three stooges".
The weakest one finally ate. He had some wet bread, but he ate! I asked a friend who raises chickens and he said that you shouldn't give them liquid water but try to get them to eat wet bread to keep them hydrated. So I at least got it to eat something! It took 24 hours but he ate. Baby birds need to be fed every 15-20 minutes, so it went for a long time without food.

I haven't decided on names yet.
Unfortunately the town I live in, animal control doesn't take baby birds, we have a kill shelter, and we have no one that takes care of any wild life.
I ended up skipping 2 hours to walk home and feed them. Thank God I'm out of school now.
One passed away. Not the weak one but the one that was in between the two. He didn't hardly eat today. I don't know if his injuries from the fall are what killed it, or as my dad suggested, the mama kicked him out because she knew he wasn't going to make it. I don't think birds do that, but I'm not an expert on them.
