I found 3 baby birds, have 3 dogs on all sides, and cats in the surrounding area. we waited from 4 pm to sun set (around 8:30 ish) for any mama birds to check on them, but we didn't see any.
We decided to name him "loudmouth." he loves snuggling. he will literally sit there and squawk and till you put your hand in his cage for him to snuggle. and we do have him on a heating pad so it's not because he is cold. Here's pictures:
