Hoo boy, I'm super late this year (the first semi final is happening right now) but even amongst all the work of VCE I still wanted to make one of these

Song: I Can't Go On by Robin Bengtsson
It's catchy, I'll give you that, but I just find this song kinda irritating, flat and overconfident/a bit too sexual? (you could write all the lyrics down on a post it note). Please don't let this one win.

<<Georgia>>
Song: Keep the Faith by Tamara Gachechiladze
It's alright. Kinda flat and repetitive. The revamp did boost it up a fair bit tho. I'm just glad it's better than last year's

<<Australia>>
Song: Don't Come Easy by Isaiah
LOVE THE SMALL MOPHEAD.
I wasn't a huge fan of this one at first (he's not super well-known outside of X Factor here), but it has grown on me. One of the better ballads this year. Do us proud in Kyiv, Isaiah!

Song: World by Lindita
I like this one! Kind of over-the-top and orchestral, but it works. Kinda gets lost in all of it tho.

<<Belgium>>
Song: City Lights by Blanche
This is really good, and something quite different! It is pretty repetitive though, and I'm not too sure if it will work live. Still a fun one to sing along to!

<<Montenegro>>
Song: Space by Slavko Kalezić
...This one just creeps me out. Like Slavko, dude, there are kids here. It is catchy, but something is just off with me about this one.

<<Finland>>
Song: Blackbird by Norma John
Dark, brooding and really atmospheric! The best Finnish entry since 2014 by far. I am worried it will get kinda lost though

<<Azerbaijan>>
Song: Skeletons by Dihaj
This one kinda snuck up on me, and I really like it! It's dark and edgy and fun to sing along to, for some reason. Fingers crossed for qualification!

<<Portugal>>
Song: Amar Pelos Dois by Salvador Sobral
Super sweet and relaxing to listen to, this song's got this sorta calming happy effect that I love. It's most likely not gonna make the final though, in my opinion. I don't know, it might? Ehhh

<<Greece>>
Song: This Is Love by Demy
I went into this thinking it was a ballad at first, but then you hit me with the dance! I do like it, though it is kinda cheap and cheesy. Pretty sure Greece is back in the final this year!

<<Poland>>
Song: Flashlight by Kasia Moś
This one confuses me, in that I don't know whether I like it or not. Kasia does have an impressive voice, though.

<<Moldova>>
Song: Hey, Mamma! by Sunstroke Project
EPIC SAX GUY IS BAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!
Super catchy song, super fun to listen to, gets me dancing. Moldova is back with a bang and I like it!

<<Iceland>>
Song: Paper by Svala
I love this one! It kinda gives off a Love Injected vibe, and Svala's voice is something kinda different and amazing! I really hope this one makes it to the final, so I'll be up at 5 am voting for it

Song: My Turn by Martina Bárta
Simple, pleasing and heartwarming. I really love this song, even though I can tell it's not gonna make it this year. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

<<Cyprus>>
Song: Gravity by Hovig
Really catchy, but also kind of forgettable at the same time. It's good, but doesn't stand out enough, in my opinion.

<<Armenia>>
Song: Fly With Me by Artsvik
Late to the party, but worth the wait! This is a really interesting song, but it does kinda build towards nothing. Still great to listen too, though!
