Thalia POV

When the man looked up, I gasped. His eyes were a dark blue color, but that's not what shocked me. His eyes had a broken look to them, like he had lost everything he cared about. Now that I was looking closer, I noticed that there were other things about him that hinted the fact he had given up. His shoulders were slumped, he had a hunched over posture, and he had dark circles under his eyes. I glanced at Lady Artemis. She had a look of sad understanding when she saw his appearance. The man cleared his throat, looking uncomfortable.
Artemis got up and said," Well, as our new guardian, you will have to learn archery. You will have lessons with me once you get situated here at camp. Thalia, could you introduce him to the other hunters?"
"Yes, my lady." I said, and got up from my seat. "Let's go-" I faltered, not knowing his name.
"The name's Omega." He said, hesitating at first.
"Well then Omega, it's time for you to meet the hunters."
He got up, and together we exited the tent.

Percy POV

Okay, so you're probably wondering why I chose the name Omega. Well, someone (Chaos) spoke in my head saying my new name was Omega. I went with it, so now that's my name.
As I exited the tent with Thalia, my thoughts wandered to her. Why did she gasp when I looked up. At first I thought my eyes were still green, but she didn't recognize me. She just stared at me, and I felt self conscious. Did I look that bad?
I was pulled out of my thoughts by Thalia. "Hunters, this is the guardian Lady Artemis spoke to us about. His name is Omega." Again, I felt self conscious. They were all staring at me with hatred, except for a few like Thalia and some of the newer hunters who still tolerated men. "Okay, well now you know his name, so why don't you tell him your names. Oh, and say your godly parent too." Thalia went first. "I'm Thalia, daughter of Zeus."
"Phoebe, daughter of Ares boy." sneered Phoebe.
"Atalanta, daughter of Hermes." said a small, quick looking girl.
"I'm Grace, daughter of Poseidon," said a young girl, no more than seven years old. She smiled shyly, while I was shocked. This girl was my sister? She sure looked like a child of Poseidon. She had shoulder length black hair, she had perfectly tanned skin. However, her eyes were a clear, sparkling, ocean blue. I realized I was staring at her, so I quickly turned to the next huntress.
"Sophie, daughter of Athena," said the girl. She had blond hair and startling grey eyes. Just like Annabeth. It hurt too look at her. Tears came to my eyes at the thought of Annabeth. I mumbled something about the bathroom, and ran away from the hunters.

Thalia POV

Why'd he just run away like that. He took one look at Sophie and bolted. I ordered the hunters to stay where they are, and I ran after him.
I walked around camp for about ten minutes before I found him.
"Omega!" I called out. He looked up from his spot at the shore of the lake on the border of camp. I was shocked.
He had definitely been crying. His eyes were rimmed red, and his cheeks were shining with tears.
I walked over and sat beside him. "Why'd you leave?" I asked him softly.
"Thals, I just couldn't look at Sophie. She reminded me too much of someone."
I didn't even hear him. Only two people call me Thals. One was dead (Luke), and the other was missing. Could it really be him?

Percy POV

Thalia knows. I saw the change in her face. She knows it's me. I was so preoccupied with the thought of Annabeth, I slipped and called her Thals. Thalia looked up, and said the one word I feared she would say.
"Percy?"
