Part 26

Mary walks around the house all glammed up, making sure everything is just as it needs to be. Jace and John are in his office going over last details. Riley walks downstairs with her silk robe tied tightly. "Mary?" She looks around and Mary comes out of the dining area.

"Jesus Riley, where-"

"Why are you in a robe?" Riley and Mary look over and see Jace standing in the living room, papers in hand.

"Thats none of your business. Go back to work. Shoo." Mary waves him away and turns to Riley. "Where are your clothes dear?"

"Thats the thing... She's smaller than me, could she borrow a dress and shoes? Just for the night?"

"Oh gosh. Lets go. Before people start arriving." Mary and Roleu make their way to Mary and Johns room. She goes straight for the closet and quickly grabs four gowns and four pais of shoes. "Take the gowns so I dont trip and fall. Im in heals."

Riley smiles, taking the expensive fabric. They head to Rileys room to find Mo in a loosely tied robe, hair in rollers and eating a lollipop. "That has to be gone before you get in any of these dresses.

Mo eats the whole lollipop and throws the stick away. "All done."

"Good. We brought fpur dresses and their matching shoes. Pick as you please and I'll see ypy both downstairs."

"Thank you, youre a life saver." Riley and Mo cheer.

While Mary walks downstairs, Mo tries on the dresses. Mo picks the very first one she tries on and slips the heals on. "I love this dress."

"Looks great." Riley helps take the curlers from her friends hair and lightly mists it with hairstray.
