Author here. I decided that I'm just going to tell you guys what happened after.

After what happened to Mia was because of her heart problem called HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy).
Adam and the others stayed with Mia in the hospitals almost a week. Unfortunately for the Seniors High's Prom , a big problem happened to their school and involved the prom party and cancelled it. Bummer for them (T-T).
For Alex, he finally agreed to the marriage realizing that he's got no choice but to accept that after what happened between him and Mia. Alex, asked his parents to wait a little longer because before they get married, he wants to know her fiance more first.
No rumors spread to the school about what happened to Mia but, Alex's marriage became a big news news to the whole campus. So its obvious that what they knew is that Mia and Alex separated. But none of them know that Grace will transfer to the school.
October 3, 2016 (Monday)
The past week was really hard for Batch 11 (Grade 11) because they all really love Mia and missed her. They keep asking Leila and the squad when is Mia coming back but they keep saying that they don't know, because Mia's Parents asked them to. But the Batch 11 decided to make Mia as the President Student Council to make her come back.
But she didn't came back to school.......
For Mia, she's at her house having her own study. Adam decided to be her teacher until the school end. Adam didn't just stay with Mia to teach her but, to take care of her. Mia's parents really liked Adam for being so kind and caring to Mia.
10 Months Later....
June 25,2017 (Sunday)
Mia finally came back to her normal self again but......she changed........
She became more bitter than before: more bitter and more serious . She decided put Love behind and focus on her studies first. But she's still nice when it comes to everyone but when its love........ let's just hope that you'll survive to her madness hehehe.......
And as for Alex, still the same:
Smart
Handsome
Cool
Doesn't smile often
Not interested of anything else
Quiet
Famous
Athletic (he can do anything)
Still love his first love......
Next month will be their Back to School and first classes and a new beginning for everyone.
And on that day.......
Alex and Mia will see each other again!
