This trap is simple but hard to create. You need tiny explosives that will detonate when pressure is applied, birdseed, and a tool that you can use to shape the birdseed pieces with.
To start, take a handful of birdseed. Use the tool that you got for the birdseed to cut the seed in half. After that, cut a little pocket into each side of the seed. Place the tiny explosive inside the birdseed. Seal up the seed again, but make sure that there is enough room for the explosive to fit snugly in the seed while not being so tight as to explode. Repeat this process as many times as you want. I would recommend this at least 15 times. Once you are done, put the seeds in a pile out on your lawn and wait for the mocking bird to come. The seeds should explode when the bird bites down on them with its beak or inside its body.
