But all of a sudden I heard footsteps approaching the cell.

As I look back a Nico I see how close our bodies where to each other. My naked chest pressed up against his and our privets almost but not quite touching each other. As I gaze into his eyes and his gazing into mine as if I was being pulled towards him but all of a sudden the sound of knocking came from the other side of the door.
And the sound of rock's voice braking our trance.
