Light glitters off the wind

It settles, it dims

Blowing through the air

Slipping down my skin

Dust in the air

Whipping through the trees

The colorless sky

And pure white breeze

The storm rages and fights

Burning, stinging cold

It quiets once more

The day grows old

Darkening sky

A terrifying beauty

The emptiness is safe

I’m free

I lay in the snow

Comforted by silence

The untouched land

Sleep
