Must fill out application honestly and wait for response from the ruler
Once property is bought you may do as you please
You are able to get a bio on property(ies) upon request only
All property must be chipped, bar coded and registered in the world-wide data base that all buyers can use and look upon
If property should manage to escape the buyer is required to info the Ruler they bought property from. (Buyers must write up a report on missing property)
No police should ever be involved when missing property or the buying of property
Buyers are not allowed to talk about the shop or property no matter what the circumstances are. May give phone number to new buyers.
All Buyers most follow guidelines in order to keep the shop, property and ruler going at all times. If police should ever catch wind of any of the buyers, the buyers most destroy all documents that could lead back to the store and Ruler. Must get a hold of the shop via unmarked enveloped to give Ruler notice.
Should buyers disregard the guidelines they will be sentenced to death for causing not only a crime against the shop and the property, but trouble upon the Ruler who must clean up and protect the other shops and buyers
