Wanda had arrived in New York City, Clint said that he'd meet her there. Even though, he lives in Brooklyn. He came to the big city just for Wanda. She wore a red dress and black overcoat, she had her hair in a ponytail, and she had some light makeup on. Honestly, it was her usual look.
Wanda got off the train and saw Clint standing there waiting, she smiled as he brought her into a tight hug. The two were very close. She missed him so much. Plus, Clint will help her forget the Bucky situation. She debated telling him about it because he will yell at her for even trying that.
"So, how was Camp Leigh?" Clint asked as they walked down the streets of New York City.
"It was fine, some of the soldiers were assholes, but, I handled them," Wanda said with a smile.
"I'm guessing they were assholes because you were a woman?" Clint guessed.
"Yeah..." Wanda stopped walking and Clint looked at her. "I may have shown my powers." She told him nervously.
"What?" Clint turned to her. "I think I heard you wrong, can you please repeat that." He crossed his arms looking at her with a stern look.
"I had too!" She argued.
"Had too? You could have ruined everything! Do you know the risk there is now for your life! If one of those soldiers told someone... They could come for you!" Clint yelled at her as they reached her apartment.
"They won't! The two people who threatened my life are in big trouble for it. One of them drew a knife on Bu-" She stopped herself before she said his name. "Another soldier and I couldn't just let them die."
"Wait, you said 'Bu'." Clint looked at her. "Please tell me you didn't meet Bucky." He said nervously.
"I was training the 107th. He was a part of them." He gave her a weird look. "Nothing happened." She lied.
"Wanda," Clint ran his hand through his hair, "you're a horrible liar, you know that?" He asked.
Wanda looked down.
"Tell me what happened." He ordered.
"I didn't mean too..." Wanda felt her voice crack as she went inside her apartment, Clint followed her. "It was an accident. I mean, I went in knowing he was flirter..." She said.
"You didn't," Clint said.
"I stopped it before it could get further." Wanda tried to argue her side.
"Further? How far did it get, Wanda?" Clint asked.
"I'm human, Clint! I don't control my emotions!" She finally yelled at him. "I stopped it, that's all that matters."
"And if we return back to the future and Bucky remembers all of that? What are you gonna do then?" He asked.
"I don't know..." She admitted.
"You made a huge mistake, Wanda. But, I can't hold it against you. Your still a kid and this happens when you are your age." Clint sighed crossing his arms.
"Yeah, well, I stopped it," Wanda repeated. She really hated that she stopped it. Clint could tell she did.
"You're coming to Brooklyn with me in three weeks, I need you to come to the Stark Expo." Clint finally spoke up.
"Stark Expo? That's still around?" Wanda asked.
"Yes, actually, one of the government's doctors are gonna be there and I'm supposed to be there with him. I need you to come too. Actually, he asked for you. I'm not sure why, but, he did." Clint shrugged.
