Red walked down the sidewalk in a heated rage Kline Gaston following close behind holding his pants up and begging like a baby for the whole town to hear. "Red! Red babe, come on!" he cried. Pathetic. Red thought to herself. "Red!" Kline called out before his pants slipped down and he tripped. Red quickly ducked into the book store. No Gaston would ever step into a book store. "Should I say I told you so?" Bella asked from her perch on-top a bookshelf. Her strange yellow eyes had a glint of humor and she was smirking. "Don't you dare." Red growled. Bella shrugged, she knew her friend's beastly side as well as she knew her own, and she didn't want her lovely books to be ruined if Red decided to shift. "Is Alice hear?" Red asked already on her way to the back. "I wouldn't if I were you. She's with the chew toy." Bella called out. The chew toy was the annoying schizophrenic of a rabbit Alice called her guardian. It was the times he showed up that Red was thankful her wolf friend Kiro was her guardian and Bella was equally grateful for the dashing candle-stick lumiere who really couldn't be called a guardian. Red ignored her friends warning and stormed into the back room where the rabbit sat with Alice having a cup of tea. Alice was always having a cup of tea. Alice looked up and Red shivered when those pale blue swirling eyes settled on her. They were the eyes of somebody on the edge of sanity. The eyes of a mad hatter.

Bella glanced up as the boy walked in. He glanced at her but didn't say anything. He continued on to the back room. She noticed the way the air shimmered around him and knew he was using a heavy cloaking spell. Bella Beast noticed the things that others didn't it's why she was such good friends with Alice and Red, and she wasn't very nosy when she noticed them. But the dark and dangerous aura that followed him had her beastly side at attention.

Jared Stiltskin did not want to be the one playing messenger duty. It wasn't his thing. And the half-beast princess was too intuitive, Jared could feel her eyes following him, and he knew his aura drew her in. It always drew in the crazy ones. He slipped into the room at the back of the book store just as a Guardian disappeared. He was surprised by Red when he entered. Her anger-filled aura crept through the room slowly and teased his own, for once he was drawn to someone instead of it being the other way around. Jared cursed silently at himself as he realized the affect Red's aura had on certain parts of his body.

Something in the room changed when the white rabbit disappeared. Alice could feel it and she knew Red could, but was ignoring it. "Someone's in the room with us." Alice finally announced. The two other occupants of the room froze. Red tilted her head in the direction her senses seemed to point her too but saw nothing. Her anger at Kline still ran deep and she had no patience for games. "I don't care." she growled. "What a bothersome aura he has. Definitely a he. Mmm.... your own aura is linked to his Red, what have you been doing lately?" Alice said as her eyes glanced over and she gave that smile that sometimes made Red question if her father was really The Hatter or if it was Cheshire. "Right now i don't care who I'm linked with as long as they can erase the image of Kline fucking the waitress against his bar. From now on I'm done with dating i just want something new to think about every night. Or maybe someone new." Red groaned sitting down. Alice laughed and Red relaxed, Alice laughter always calmed her, it was like wind-chimes on a gentle breeze. "What's so funny?" Red murmured. Alice gave Red a mischievous grin "I'm pretty sure our mystery man would be pleased to give you something new to think about." Alice said with another laugh.

Great. Jared thought as he exited the room. Just what i need, a fuck-buddy, without attachments.
