Lauras pov

We come across a lovely beach, I’ve just realised how much I haven’t explored Melbourne. The waves were gently crashing against the rocks on the side, the sand so soft it felt like a babys bum- ironic right? I could feel my hand tensing up.

“Luke I want to tell you something…” I said confidently as me and luke sat on a large stretch of rocks on the beach, the view was perfect. The moon glistened.

“Laura I need to tell you something first…” Luke said, fuck this is awkward now, the first week into our relationship we have secrets. This is going to be a fantastic relationship!

“you first” I mumbled as I looked into his eyes, I could look at them forever if I needed to.

“Okay, this is going to be long so I warn you! Well… me and Jke used to be really look friends. But one day me and him went to a party, Tylas to be exact. We both went with our girlfriends, well ex’s now. She was so nice to be honest, but look at her now! We were dancing and lets just say I had a bit to much and some girl started to grind on eachother. I thought it was Marissa my girlfriend, but it was Sam . We were dancing and Jake’s mate called me upstairs to see oe of his trophys something like that, but when I went up stairs Jke was you know with Marissa. I forgave him and we were demed as the school ‘Players’ Only the group now know that Im not a real player t was one night.” Luke admitted as he held my hands and then squeezing my elbow place area which lets say FUCKING HURT.

“that’s not to bad babe,” I said as I though he was finished but no…

“urmm… I kinda blew off one night at Tulip and Beau threw me out because mum was on a business trip. So I went to Jokes and he had a couple of mates round and cut a long story short he got me addicted to weed, and booze, only you and Paige know this. I have changed now I have completely changed im nothing like that, I promise you. I won’t do nothing like that to you. I like you Laura.” He managed to stutter out.

“babe, ive done worse than you, I knew you and that Jake boy had some history I could see it in your eyes when he pushed me.” I said as we laid down on the rocks with my head on his chest gently listening to his heartbeat.
