Torn (A sam and Chandler riggs fanfic)

The meeting

Chandler:

I walked in the closet to see Sam and Emily. Sam was staring off into the distance. His face was kinda pale and he looked sick. He saw me and flushed. Em had been staring at him angrily.

"No! Not again!" I groaned

"No Chandler this is about the dance. I think all three of us should go together as friends! Like Ron Harry and Hermione." Sam said.

"Hermione had a date with a hot Russian guy and Harry and Ron went alone and ended up with a pair of twins." Emily corrected Sam,

"I love that series!" She smiled and my lungs nearly collapsed.

"I think we should try bringing my new roommate Fran along." She said.

I practically was brimming over with happiness.

TWO hot girls one awesome dance and I get to keep my best friend?

OMG

"Okay!" I said beaming.

"Sure whatever." Sam scoffed.

Sam got up and left the room leaving me and Em alone. She looked down at her phone and the screen lit up. She frowned and turned it off.

"Listen Chandler, I'm sorry, I just don't like how fast this is all moving." She stood up and walked to the door,

"I don't know if I even want to be friends with you two. It is like a battleground."

She opened the door and left leaving the door wide open and me standing alone with my jaw dropped.

Emily:

I walked back to Websters science class and sighed. The door slid closed behind me and I began to think to myself, Why me?

I must've been standing there for a long time because Fran looked up from her desk and began to whisper something to me. I missed what she said and shook my head. She raised her eyebrows and gave me A "Look" before grabbing the hall pass and running out.

I ignored her and sat down in my desk. I pulled out my phone and texted Sam.

To:Sammeh

Subject: hey

R U OK?

After a while I felt my phone vibrate in my shoe. I pulled it out and !y screen was flashing

Sam: Yes

then

Sam: R u okay?

then

SAM: Why?

I rolled my eyes and texted back.

to: Sammeh

Yeah I'm fine. You seemed disappointed/scared/sad/idk back there.

10 minutes went by...

15 minutes...

20.....

RRRIIIIINNNNNGGGGG
