Chap5-Sometimes the truth hurts...

Victoria laid on her bed in pain it was 10am and after getting her younger siblings on the bus she laid in bed crying her poor eyes out even though the littlest movements made her body ache she just couldn't stop crying.

A faint knock sounded throughout the room making her sniffle as she still laid there clearing her voice she tried to speak but nothing came out but a small whine.

"Tori?" Her mom asked on the other side with a frown on her face she wanted to know what was wrong with her daughter since she heard the cries "Mom I'm fine" Her voice cracked as she spoke but violet shook her head and opened the door.

Her eyes danced around the purple room before they finally landed on her daughter who laid on her bed with her hair all over her face her legs hung off the ends slightly swinging.

Laughing out a raspy cough violet decided it was now or never to tell her daughter "Victoria there's something I need to tell you" She spoke as she closed the door tears threatening to fall.

A distraught Victoria walked through the class with her head held low she felt the eyes piercing her body as she sat in her desk "your late" Mr.shaw spoke up while looking at her but she never looked up which made August question what was wrong with her.

"Well that's too fucking bad I'm here now so just continuing teaching this bullshit lesson." She snapped at him making everyone who heard her gasp or stare at her In disbelief since she was the quiet she girl who let everyone walk over her.

Mr.shaw eyebrows rose up "Get out" He spoke which caused her to smile as she stood up walking out the class room she bumped into Madison "Damn bitch watch where you going" The lightskin girl snapped as she stumbled a little bit which caused Victoria eyebrows to shoot up as she smirked.

"Are you gonna make me watch where the fuck I'm going?" She asked as she stared at Madison who was lowkey afraid from the look that danced in Victoria eyes it was blank as if her heart was ripped out.

"No but I will" Maria spoke up as she appeared from behind Madison with an evil glare plastered on her face,Maria silently prayed Victoria said something reckless so she could have a reason to beat her ass.

"Well bitch come show me how to watch where I'm going" Victoria snatched her bookbag off before dropping it on the floor, hearing all the yelling August got up from his seat to go protect Victoria since it was his job to do so.

Making it in the hallway he watched as Maria swung quickly pushing Victoria he caught Maria hand as he gave her a glare "Chill the fuck out bruh" August snapped as he pushed her back making her stumble into a locker by now everyone was in the halls watching this happen.

Maria eyebrows shot up as she hit the locker her feelings were hurt since she thought her and August was getting somewhere but now she was wrong.

"fuck you August I don't know why you keep protecting that bitch!" August head snapped in her direction making her looking down from the chills shooting through her body.

"Maria shut the fuck up" August told her as he bent down to help Victoria up she looked weak and torn which scared him he was once like that before and he didn't want nobody to ever go through that pain again even If that meant he'd have to become her bestfriend to get her out of that place before it was too late he would.
