Dr Mike Morton came running into the room. "What happened?"
"I asked Joe to grab the tools so we could remove the bullet." Kelly pointed to the man on the table. "You're going to have to remove it yourself."
Mike hesitated a second and said, "Okay, where are the tools."
Kelly smiled at that. "Over on the counter." He jogged out of the room and looked for a stretcher. All the way down the hall a stretcher laid.
Kelly ran full sprint down the hall yelling things like, "Excuse me!" "Please move outta my way!"
Grabbing the stretcher he ran. Once he got into Treatment Room 3, he asked Mike if he'd started an I.V.
"Yes. Now hurry." He replied. Kelly turned to Dixie. "Is Treatment Room 1 open?"
"Let me check." She left the room for five seconds. Every second felt like a year.
Finally, Dixie came back. She nodded yes.
Dr Brackett told her to get Joe and take him in. He turned to Mike Morton, "Find Gage and Desoto. They might be able to help us.
