When I told the guys what happened, they were amazed. To me, it actually depends on your walk with the Holy Spirit. I have heard testimonies of how some people identified their spouses and I can say it's just the work of the Holy Spirit. And He alone can sailor any relationship to the river bank of happiness.
Months Later
Tunde and Dorcas's relationship has grown. They have met each other's parents and spiritual fathers. They have prayed,studied the Word together, they have gone to various relationship talks. In fact, they have read lots of motivating books on marriage, Christian courtship and the likes. I think what remain is the wedding. The question is, when is the wedding?
Whenever Tunde brings that topic,Dorcas will change the topic. At first,he thought she was being shy but as time went by, he was sure it was far from shyness.
It can be very frustrating,those that have had similar experience are my witness.
When it became unbearable, Tunde discussed the issue with Dorcas. She was unable to utter a word, she was just crying.
TUNDE'S POV
I felt bad immediately I saw her tears. Have I asked an abnormal question or is it how I asked the question?
As far as I am concerned, she is from a happy home so I don't see any reason why she should be doing like this.
In fact,this marriage should be a medium of expressing and reflecting what she has learnt from her parent's marriage.
This is serious and I don't think I know what to do.
