3rd Person's POV

Mabel and Bill returned back into the Mystery Shack, hand in hand. Tears stained her cheeks and her eyes were still red from crying. She felt tired and weak. All she wanted to do was lay down and sleep and sleep forever. Bill on the other hand, felt unstoppable, like he could do anything, destroy the world perhaps, but he ignored that feeling. The thought seemed pointless now. He was determined he had changed. That Mabel changed him. He was a better person. If only Ford could see that.

The two walked into the living room of the Mystery Shack. They let go of each others hands, feeling awkward just thinking about holding hands around Dipper, Stan, and Ford. They stood side by side, shoulders touching. Dipper, Stan, and Ford were all standing in the living room looking worried and stressed. They looked up when the two walked in. But they didn't say anything. Nobody did. There was an awkward tension in the air. Still silence. Silence. Silence for what felt like hours. The minuets dragged on. Everyone seemed to be thinking. Not sure what to do or say. Mabel wished something would happen to release the awkward tension in the air.

The next second her wish came true. Wendy walked in. She stopped, surprised to see everyone standing in complete silence, not doing anything. She glanced around the room, then turned around and left mumbling how she shouldn't of come to work today.

"Mabel..." Ford said finally after Wendy was gone finally deciding to say something.

"No.. I know what you're going to say." She said. She was already tired and didn't need anymore of the fighting. She crossed her arms and turned her head away, to not face Ford. She had a frown on her face and she closed her eyes.

"No Mabel, you don't." He began with softness in his voice. He paused before continuing. "Listen Mabel, I want to say I'm so, so, so, sorry." Her eyes opened and her expression softened. Her hands fell to her sides and she turned to Ford. But she didn't say anything.

"I realized the type of person I was being; selfish. I was only thinking of what I wanted, and not you." He paused, to let Mabel think.

"I forgive you, Great uncle Ford." She said. Anyone could guess that Mabel doesn't hold grudges. She forgives and forgets. It's what makes Mabel, Mabel.

"But.." She glanced at Bill. " Can I trust you won't hurt Bill anymore?"

Ford was surprised. "Of course, I wouldn't make that mistake twice, no matter how much I hate him, " He began. "But you really forgive me?"

"Well.. Yeah Great uncle Ford. You were just trying to protect me. You were doing your job as my great uncle." Mable said walking towards Ford. "So I forgive you." The two shared a sincere hug. They let go after a minute. Ford looked at Mabel then, just past Mabel's shoulder, at Bill. He walked over to where Bill was standing. Mabel turned around to face Ford and Bill.

"Listen up you isosceles monster. I don't like you any more than I did. If fact I hate you more. But I'm going to have to accept that," Ford began. He crossed his arms. "For the sake of Mabel. But I swear if you dare even hurt a hair on her head, I will kill you. And this time, it'll be permanent." He threatened. Bill held in a laugh. Instead he just smirked.

"Fine, fine. I won't hurt her Six Fingers." He sighed throwing his hands up in defeat. "There goes my plans for tonight." He rolled his eyes dramatically. Stan, Dipper, and Mabel burst out laughing, knowing it was meant to be a joke. Bill joined in, but Ford stayed silent. He was thinking.

"But seriously," Bill began still laughing. Everyone started to calm down again, "I would never hurt Shooting Star." Mabel blushed.

"Oh stop it you." She teased in a sarcastic voice. She giggled.

"Now," Bill began, "Who wants ice cream?"

It was later now, and the twins were walking home with Bill and Ford and Stan. They all had ice cream cones in their hands, licking the sides as it dripped in the summer heat. They all were laughing and giggling; having a good time.

Finally the six arrived at the Mystery Shack just as they all finished their cones.

"That was fun." Mabel said out-of-the-blue. Everyone laughed.

They all went inside and got pit sodas. They turned on the TV and started watching Duck-Tective.

Mabel's POV

Everything was perfect. People say nothing's perfect but my life right now is perfect. Even though Ford probably will always hate Bill, he fakes it enough. He pretends he gets along with him. Nothing could be better. Of course I knew at the end of the summer, I would have to return to California, but I also knew I could stay if I really wanted to. And I really do. Dipper could also stay, and do whatever nerdy stuff he wanted to do back when we were 12. Then life would really be perfect. This is all I've ever wanted in life. Happiness.

And that's what I got.

Bill's POV

I read my Shooting Star's thoughts. She was thinking about staying in Gravity Falls. I smiled. If she went back to California I wouldn't be able to follow her. I can only stay here, in Gravity Falls. The only disadvantage about this stupid meatsack. She's my everything. If she left.. I would do anything to get her back. She's my world. My universe. She's my everything.

I will always love her.

Even if any one disproves, nothing will stop me from loving her.

Suddenly I felt like burning pins and needles were poking me. My throat got dry. My vision stared to get blurry. Oh no.

Mabel's POV

We were all having fun watching Duck-Tective, when Bill stood up.

"I.. Uh.. Need some fresh air." He said quickly almost as if he forced it. I watched him leave holding his stomach as if he were sick. I looked back at everybody else. Nobody else cared. I'm not surprised.

I got up and walked outside to find Bill. I didn't see him around so I walked out to the forest assuming he'd probably be there.

After a while of walking I got to a small clearing. I knew exactly what this place was. Bill's statue used to be here. I saw Bill standing in the centre of the small clearing.

"Bill?" I asked slowly walking towards him. He didn't respond. I walked closer until I was standing directly in front of him. He didn't look at me. Instead her stared at the ground. "Bill?" I asked again. "What's wrong?"

"Shooting Star.." He barely mumbled  before blacking out and falling to the ground.
