"Derek McCann nice to meet you" Derek put his hand out to shake Justin's hand. "Hi" Justin smiled.
"I already know who you are" I slapped the fool on his head . "Ow! I don't have to do this!" Derek groaned.
"No please do, not for Jason but for me" Justin smiles innocently.
"Awe, just because your cute" Derek replied which is why he earned another smack. "Good bye" Derek walked away but I grabbed his collar. "Look, uh your name is John, your majoring medicine in college and we met from friends from college. I go to NYU I'm graduating this year and so are you" Justin explained.
"Okay" Derek nodded. "Alright John lets go" Justin nervously bit his lip. "Alright let me change my clothes" Derek went in his bag to get his clothes he brought from home. It's weird that's he's been here so much lately. I would think he would wanna be with his mate.
"I'm sorry that we couldn't go on our date tonight" Justin frowned. "It's okay, but we're good tomorrow? Right?"
He nodded with a smile. "I kinda like this like secret thing, like it's mysterious and sexy" Justin spoke making me chuckle. "Yeah, your right"

"Hailey, this is John..a really good friend of mine" I said praying that Hailey never met Derek.
"Hi, I'm Justin's best friend..Just incase you think about snatching my best friend from me" Hailey put her hand out. Derek shook it. Hailey is very possessive, like when we were younger I couldn't have any other girl friends.
Which is probably why I'm gay.
Flashback;
"I hate carrots" I gagged throwing my carrots out of my lunchbox. "I'll trade with you Justy" Maria said handing me a cookie. I smiled grabbing it, but Hailey smacked my hand.
"No, here you can have my cookie" She handed me her chocolate chip cookie glaring at Maria.
"I saw her lick it" Hailey whispered in my ear.
Flashback Over
Not that I don't appreciate Hailey, I love her. I'm the same way sometimes, I almost broke Jason's face when he broke up with her.
She didn't even want me to go talk to him. I should have listened cause now we're in this situation and I'm lying to my best friend.
"He's a pleasure"
"I know he is" Hailey smiled at me. "You must have spent a lot of money for these flowers"
"Yeah, but he's worth it" Derek is a great actor. I can't even tell that he's acting like someone that likes me.
"So how did you guys meet?"
"Friends in college" I said quickly. "Ahh okay" Hailey smirked. "Your cute, Justin you got a good one" time to seal the deal
"I'm actually not ready for a relationship, I told him already" I fake pouted. "What? Justin come on!" Hailey growled.
"We gotta leave the toxic people, and find new guys. Remember Jason, he was a complete ass"
Hailey stomped. "Look Halis,-"
"What were you saying about Jason being an ass?" Derek questioned.
"Nothing, Hailey-"
"No Justin, what did you say?" Derek asked Hailey rather harshly. "Don't tell me that you know him?" Hailey put her hand on her hip.
"McCann?" Derek played it off like he siding know Jase. "Yep, the asshole"
Derek rolled eyes, thank god he didn't say anything. "Alright so, John...Lets go" I opened the front door. "Bye Hailey"
"Bye Jay" she waved.
"Bye john!" Hailey exclaimed. "Bye" 'john' muttered under his breath.

"She called me a what!?" Jason yelled. "Calm down" I grabbed his arm, since he was tensing. "Don't worry, john is out the picture now" Derek looked down at his Rolex watch. "It's only 9 you guys still have time for your date" Derek trailed.
"You still wanna go?" Jason asked. "Uh, but we lost our reservations" I told him. "I got a better idea, but you gotta trust me"
"Do you- t-trust me?" He asked.
"Uh, I mean..I know your not like a psycho murdered or like some type of animal" I snorted.
He faked a chuckle before looking at Derek.
"Alright let's go then" I shrugged opening my front door. "Later Derek" I Waved.
"But Justin"

"And you believed him" Jason chuckled. "I'm a very gullible person. If you tell me something I will truthfully believe you" I giggled.
We ended up going to some point Jason goes too. Then just sat and talked. I don't know, I enjoy talking to him.
"What if I told you something that can make you not wanna be like with me?" He asked. "Uh what-"
"Never mind it's too early" he stopped me. "Anyway-" I couldn't even listen to what he was saying.
