What you dream of,
What you desire of,
What you think of,
Every single day.
You shed tears,
You wallow in your fears,
Pray and beg, beg and pray.
It will come true,
It will touch you,
It will engulf you,
And never leave you.
You draw away,
You step back like a prey.
Life will give you what you want,
It definitely will,
But be sure of what you ask,
'Cause it will always strike you,
With its evil ways.
Be afraid,
Be fearful,
Cower away,
From its wrath,
Don't step,
In its way.
It will rip you off your desires,
Snatch away your wishes.
Shatter your dreams,
Whatever they may.
