Mothers day

It's Mother's Day.

And I love my mother,

But... this happened

We've been at a store for two hours now and my phones about to die, I didn't have any money with me to buy anything so I just followed my mom around since she was the one who came to buy things. So, it's been two hours and I honestly have nothing to do.
So I asked my mom, "Hey mom. Can we go home soon?" And she said
"Umm... no. You see, it's Mother's Day. Not Maddy's day. We will go home when I want to." Then she continued off with shopping. I mean, yea, it's mother's day and I should be super nice... but she could've worded that a little nicer to....
