It's Not Time!

2 Months Later

It's been two months already, and Diamond still hasn't returned. I pondered about ways to make Diamond return to Berlin. I knew she was now a good nine months pregnant and could pop any day now, but other than that, nothing, we've tried tracking Reiner, but couldn't find him.

I walked to my living room and sat in front of Armin as he looked up from his book, "So, you found anything about her," I shook my head. "I was talking to Jean earlier, and found out the address to send letters to Reiner." He said as my face brighten up. "Really, tell me, so I can send all these letters to him and Diamond," I said as I grabbed all the letters I saved from the drawer. "Alright." Was all Armin said as I started to mail the letters off.

Diamond's P.O.V- 

2 Weeks Before Due Date-

I was sitting on the couch, I've been so stressed out, Eren has been sending me letter after letter after letter. It's making me sick and not able to eat. I've also been, having backaches, which come and go and are mostly in my lower back. I've had Flu-like symptoms and can't hold any liquids down, just like my first trimester of my pregnancy, and Reiner took me to a doctor, but they didn't say anything, other than to get rest.

My entire pregnancy took a one-eighty and it's been horrible, and it's scaring me. I sighed as Reiner walked inside and kissed my head, "How are you feeling," he asked as I smiled at him, "The same as usual." He shook his head and mumbled something I couldn't understand. "What'd you say, Reiner," I questioned as Reiner looked down upon me, "I said I'm going to have to contact Eren so he can stop stressing you out before you get sick and have a miscarriage." I looked away at the word 'miscarriage,' and then walked outside.

That's when I saw him.

Eren's P.O.V-

It's been awhile since I sent the letters to Diamond, and I still didn't hear a response. I have been worried sick this entire time, while Reiner has been snuggled close to the mother of my baby. Before I could breath, Armin comes running inside and motions to me, "Eren, Jean was riding around and saw Diamond and Reiner, come on!" I brighten at the mention of Diamond and followed Armin to the stables and got on top of the horse. 

3 Hours Later-

After stopping and going for what seemed like an eternity, Armin and I came to a lake that went into a forest. "We're almost there," Armin said as I ran a hand through my hair and took down my previous ponytail to fix it. "Where," I commanded as Armin rode by me, "Follow me!" He yelled as we crossed the river through the unknown forest. 

About two Hours later, we crossed another forest, then a big mansion came into view. "Here," Armin said as he hopped off his horse as I followed close behind. 

I heard a door open then shut, as footsteps followed soon after. As I turned the source, I saw her, Diamond.

Diamond's P.O.V-

"No, it can't be!' I screamed in my head as Eren started to walk closer. "D-diamond is that you," He question, as he started to cry. "Go away!" I yelled at him as I started to walk backward to the door. "I'm not leaving without you," He said as he stood still, as he noticed I was scared. "Just go, be with Mikasa," I replied, as he laughed. "The thing between Mikasa and I was a mistake, she drugged me and I was vulnerable." I started to cry, "Really, is that the best excuse you have!" I cried out, as Eren started to reach out toward me. "Don't touch me," I whispered, as I felt a pain hit my stomach, hard.

"You had a choice! You chose Mikasa over me!" I yelled as Eren backed away. I heard the door shut as Reiner walked out. "What's going on," he questioned as he saw Eren, "Why are you here and how did you get here," He asked as he stared at Eren. Eren scoffed, "That's none of your concern." He ran a hand through his hair," All you need to know Reiner is that she's coming with me,"Eren announced making me feel disgusted, yet sad. "No, she isn't." Reiner said as I looked in between the both of them, "Guys." I whispered as they started to fight, causing more stress to pile up on me. 

Before I knew it, I felt water trickle down my legs and an excruciating pain. "AHHHH!" I screamed as I fell to the ground and caught the attention of the both of them. Before I had time to explain Reiner already rushed to my side, "R-reiner, it's coming!" I shouted as the pain doubled. Eren just stood there dumbfounded, "Look what you did," Reiner yelled, "If you just didn't show up, Diamond wouldn't have gone into labor this early!" He yelled again, as Eren looked down at his feet.

Reiner picked me up and somehow opened the door, but I couldn't see, as I was in too much pain. He sat me on the couch and called for Peony, who rushed down the hallway, "She's gone into labor." Peony exclaimed as she when on her knees and looked under my dress.

 "She's around 3 centimeters dilated." She announced as I shouted again. Peony looked at Reiner, who stood there awkwardly,"My Lord, I think you need to leave." she stated as Reiner walked out the door.

Reiner's P.O.V-

I walked outside to see Armin talking to Eren, as he mounted on his horse, and started glaring at me, "You should leave" I said, "She doesn't want you here." I finished as I let out a chuckle. Eren turned away and rode off, with Armin as I smiled. 

'Finally, she's mine.' I said as I felt my whole being bloom with pride.
