New to The Underground

Hey there sorry for the wait!

Just one little thing I want to say be for you keep reading

I have been working on this story for a while but haven't gotten very far so I'm just going to write what I have so far (Of course it'll be a few chapters)(maybe) and see how it goes.

I do get really bad writers-block so you may have to be patient

Well that's all I have to say.

Amoly P.O.V.

I slowly wake up to the feeling of pain. Not only pain, but someones arms around me. I'm laying on my side with arms around my shoulders and my face is on someones chest. I look up to see Nova. He must have woken up before me because he was leaning against a wall with his arms around me so tight that if anyone tried to take me away he would be sure to know. His breathing is slow I almost don't feel him breathing at all. Pain shoots through my side as I try to move. Nova must have been disturbed when I moved because he slowly opened his eyes. "Amoly are you ok? Your not hurt are you?" he says as he releases his hold on me. "Um. . . How are we not dead?!? I'm not even seriously injured. Just a little pain in my side is all, probably from where I landed on it. Wait are you ok, brother? You jumped after me when I fell, you could have been KILLED! Where even are we??" I say as I start to panic. My mind feels like its going to explode. Nova says, "I don't know how we're not dead, but just be thankful we are alive at all. It's good your not injured though because that means we can move to a better and or safer place. . . . I don't think I could have lived without you. Amoly your my little sister and I promised mom I'd look after you, remember? I cant see me living without you. Do you remember what we use to say when we were little?" Remembering the rhyme we made as kids we say,

"No one has power if they don't love,                                                                                                                           Even if they are just a dove,                                                                                                                                             Together as one we will stay forever,                                                                                                                           Even if we die for each other."                                                                                                                                 

With that said we eventually we get up and look around. The first thing I noticed was all of the yellow buttercup flowers around my feet. My eyes light up with excitement as I look at how healthy they look. "Well where ever we are, it can't be that bad. I mean just look at these cute plants!" I say as I look at them some more. Then I continued my exploration, I came across a dark hallway with a barely visible doorway heading into the next room. Being me I call out to my brother, "Hey Nova, let's go this way!" Nova comes over to where I am and walks ahead of me. We go into the next room and all I see is one patch of green grass, surrounded by light that's coming from God knows where, and a single buttercup flower the size of a porcelain doll. I run up and crouch in front of it exitedly as I have never seen a flower so big. I reach out to touch it when suddenly it turns around and stares at me with its face on what would be the bud of the flower. I jump backwards only to topple over into Nova's legs. "Howdy! I'm Flowey, Flowey the Flower! Sorry if I scared you. That wasn't my intention at all. Anyways I would like to welcome you to the Underground." The flower says as Nova helps me up and stands in front of me. "You're new to the Underground aren't ya? Wow, you must be so confused. Don't worry I'll help you out and tell you how things work down here. First off you need to know how to fight. Let me show you what I mean." Flowey says as everything around us turns black with a green outline. "Now see this is what things look like when you enter a Fight. As you see you have four options in front of you," I look and see there are four boxes in front of us: Fight, Act, Items, Mercy. "You use these when your in a fight. Now let's take a look at your soul." Flowey says with a smile on his face. I can say this I don't trust him.

Nova's P.O.V
I can feel Amoly shaking. I know she's not cold, she's​ got fear in her eyes. I know she does without actually looking at her. My thoughts are interrupted by Flowey saying, "Your soul is that heart shaped thing in front of you. You can tell a lot about a person by the color of their soul. Yours, as you can see, is a teal color. Teal is a more sophisticated version of turquoise, it signifies that you're trustworthy, reliable, and will do whatever it takes to keep a promise or reach a goal. Its a really fascinating soul. My soul is the color black. Not a very colorful or exiting color i know but it means I'm cool," I can just hear the lie in his voice. He continues his talking anyway, "Now let me tell you something about your fighting lvl. You're lvl is at three and hers is probably at one. You have quite a bit of exp. If you didn't know already exp stands for experience when you get experience you gain lov. What is lov? Well love of course, it is a wonderful thing after all. You know down here we have a certain way of getting stronger, you want to know how to get stronger, right?" I don't trust him but if i want to protect my sister I have to get stronger. "Alright how do we get stronger?" I ask trying to buy us some time so I can think about how to get rid of him. Flowey smiles and says, "Well its easy! You see your soul is just like a flower that needs water to grow. But of course your Soul doesn't use water, it uses love! When you gain lov you get more health, and just like in a game your lvl increases. In order to gain lov, when you fight a monster look for little white pellets. They're known as 'Friendliness Pellets'. Here I'll share some with you right now!" He winks as five "Friendliness pellets" appear in front of him. "Move around get as many as you can!" He says as it looks like he's trying not to laugh. I try to move out of the way before the pellets get to us but they are surprisingly fast. Amoly didnt get hit though so thats good. All of a sudden pain courses through me as my health drops. I fall to the ground as i cant stand the pain.(see what i did there. I know i shouldent have but i had to.) The next thing i know Flowey is laughing like there's no tomorrow. "HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH YOU IDIOTS! HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!" 

I am writing the next chapter as you read

Sorry it took so long

Now that its summer ill be able to get more writing done
