Peace Comes At A Price

When I think of creating peace,

I think of days of past.

Hippies who created sit in's

Whose ideas never did last!

So, what war did the ever win?

It was fun to look back to the 70's,

To see what overall fools we made.

Statements for peace,who we really do it for,

A day for those who went to war,

If so we were just to late.

Peace Comes At a momentary flight,

And peace Comes with a Cost.

We have paid dearly for both,

And still nothing did last.

So sorry if I feel we will always have a war,

So sorry I think like I do !

But history has shown us all,

That what I think is so futile.

For, Peace Comes At a Price ,

Only, this one statement is so very true.
