I was in my own world, thinking about the big game this Friday. It was the last basketball game of the season, and if I messed up I would let the entire team down, along with the school and my coach. I couldn't do that to them, not on the last game.

My thoughts were interrupt by the last bell ringing. I grab my bag a put my notebook in it, before slinging it on my back. I walk out of the class and head towards Mia's last class. I do this every day, what can I say, I've fallen for this girl.

I turned the corner to see that smile of hers. I loved seeing her big, beautiful, bright smile everytime she saw me. It made me fall for her again and again. "Hello handsome!" She said, as I walked up to her and she put her hands against my chest. She was wearing a bright blue dress with flowers dotted around it.

"Hey Beautiful!" I look down into her eyes, she was the most  beautiful girl I had ever laid my eyes on. I loved the way her hair fell long and wavy. The way when she smiled the room got a little brighter. How she knew just how to make my day.

"So what is the plan for today?" She askes as we start to walk down the hall, my arm around her sholder and hers on my side.

"I was thinking the mall, then some ice cream." I say, making our way out to my car.

"Mmm, that sounds good. You spoil me." She giggles as I open the door to the passenger seat, taking her bag and putting it into the back seat along with my bag.

I hoped into the driver seat, "Only the best for my girl." I turn the key and turn on the radio. The mall was about 18 minutes away form the school. Lots of people went there after school to hang out or for work. We would probably end up running into our friends and hang out with them, like we always do. Which wasn't a problem, Mia and I had the same friend group, that's actually how we met each other.

My memory of how Mia and I met was pushed away when Mia leaned over the arm rest and kissed my cheek and whispering, "I love you".

A smile made its way up my face, "I love you, too." I kept my eyes on the road, not wanting to risk anything with my baby in the car.

Before we knew it we were at the mall and walking through the big glass doors. I honestly had no reason other than that Mia would enjoy it to come here. We made our way through the stores, buying a few things that she said she couldn't live without. We were just making our way out of Victoria's Secret, me holding four bags and Mia kissing my cheek, when we saw Jack, Lilly, and Parker. They walked up to us looking at all of the bags I was carrying, and began laughing.

"What are you guys laughing about?" Mia looks at them, arms crossed, waiting for an answer.

"Sorry- it's just- it's- oh god this is too good!" Parker could barely get out a full sentence, he was laughing so hard.

"Woo, sorry, it's just so funny seein' Kaden carrying all of those girly bags around." Lilly says wiping a tear of laughter from her eye. Jake and Parker are still laughing in the back ground.

"Lilly, Kaden is just being a gentleman" Mia says holding my arm and looking up at me, with her beautiful brown eyes.

Our eyes stay locked for a few moments before I look at our friends, "What are you guys doing here?"

"Oh, nothing " Parker says, as him and Jake have calmed down.

"Yeah, just hanging around." Jake leans against the bench sitting around the water fountain.

"And by 'nothing' and 'hanging out' they mean looking for desperate girls to hit on." Lilly says rolling her eyes.

" Lilly! Don't blow our cover." Jake says, popping his imaginary collar, Parker beside him doing the same.
