*Anastasia's POV*
Damon had spent majority of his time with me at my place after the whole Ric temporary death thing & wouldn't leave because he doesn't want anything to happen to me or for me to be alone, but I convinced him to go home, have a shower & we would head down The Grill for a game of pool later. I went for a shower, got into some jeans & a pretty flowy top. I would have to do a wardrobe clear-out if I ever got to go home. Just as I threw my hair up in a loose bun, there was a knock on the door.
"Damon seriously, time out. You need a hobby," I yelled out as I opened the door.
"Not Damon but will we do," Caroline stood there smiling.
"Hey, you look heaps better. What's going on?" I asked, curiosity getting the better of me.
"We are going to set up Senior Prank Night & we thought you'd like to join us," Caroline said in her bright preppie way.
"Not all us wanted you there," I heard a voice coming from a certain person at the back.
"Oh in that case, I'd love to come along," I beamed back.
There was a groan but then I was grabbing my keys & closing the front door. I choose to get in the car with Caroline & Tyler because again I would rather swallow razor blades than be in the same vehicle as her.
"I get the feeling you & Elena don't see eye to eye. Is there any reason for that?" Caroline questioned as Tyler drove.
"I don't because she's a self-centred bitch that doesn't care for anyone but herself, plus she's too needy & whiney," I wasn't afraid to tell her what I really felt.
Tyler snort-laughed at my reply but tried covering it up by coughing.
Caroline slapped his arm, "You know you're talking about one of my best friends, don't you?"
"I'm well aware of who I'm talking about, but tell me Caroline, isn't there times that she gets on your last nerve?" I wondered how far I could take this.
"All friends do that," she wasn't denying that.
"Do you realise that everything bad that has happened to you & basically everybody around is because of her," I could see the penny drop & continued, "It's because of her that you're now a vampire."
Her eyes went wide, "That really wasn't her fault. How do you know all this?"
That was when I knew I had perhaps said too much & I had to think quick, "Damon told me."
"Why would he do that?" she was seemingly suspicious now.
"Because he's my cousin, we talk, he updates me on everything that happens because he gets bored," I wasn't even sure if that answer was going to stick.
I was thankful for Tyler's driving to get us to the high school faster than what it should have. Bonnie & Elena pulled up about 5 minutes later.
"Come on, the school isn't going to prank itself," Tyler spoke in not quite a whisper but not loud enough to inform people of what we were about to do.
Elena gabbed Bonnie & Caroline's hand, pulling them in with her. Poor Tyler was left beside me.
"What is she 5 or something?" I started to walk in, shaking my head along the way.
"You really don't hold back do you?" Tyler caught up with me.
"Nope. I say it as I see it," I looked around the school hallway, it wasn't anything like any real high school I'd ever been to.
