Chapter 12

Kylie's POV: 

A MONTH LATER...

"Kylie!! Wake up!! You can't be late for school again!!" I hear my mom shout as I awaken on my messy bed. 

Ah, all back to normal.

After my adventure with Niall and the others, our time ended and my parents came back from Hawaii and so did my sister.

"And I'm soooo glad you're back. Where did you go anyway?" My sister leaned on my bedroom door and began to brush her teeth.

"Do you remember Jennifer?"

"Who's Jenni-"

"I stayed at her place in New York." My eyes widened at her words.

"YOU WENT TO NEW YORK FOR A WHOLE MONTH?!?"

"Shut up Kylie! It's not a big deal! Mom and dad think I was at Kaitlyn's anyways so, it's all good." 

"Christie!!! I can't just let this go!! What if mom finds out? Huh? What will you do then?"

"Kylie she won't find out. And if she did? Well, you wouldn't mind me telling her that you've been out and about with some strange boys-"

"Wait, how do you know about Niall?"

"Ooooo someone has a boyfriend." I punch her in the arm and wait for an answer.

"Leah came over. She wanted to tell you something from Nail."

"It's Niall."

"Ugh, whatever. Anyways, she told me she would tell you at school." I search for nice clothes and begin the shower in my bathroom.

I wonder what Niall was going to tell me. It must be something weird, but what if it isn't? What could he possibly tell me?

"I DUNNO, BUT YOU BETTER HURRY UP AND GET READY TO FIND OUT."

Sometimes I hate how connected me and my sister are. It's like she can read my mind clearly! I liked her better when she was with "Jennifer".

As I return back to school, I find myself in the middle of a prep rally for the new football team. I turn the other direction into the locker room and begin entering my locker combination. 

"Kylie! Did you hear about the new football team? They are really cute!!" I hear Leah shout in my ear. 

"That's great Leah. Now what was Niall going to tell me?"

"Psh...What?" Leah says trying not to be suspicious. I look into her eyes and she begins to laugh.

"Okay, I'm sorry!! That's not fair though! You looked into my eyes!!" I give her a small chuckle and stick out my tongue.

"All he told me was that you need to go to Room 143 after school. I have no idea what it is or whats going to happen, but he said you have to go alone." My cheeks started to redden as she spoke these words. 

What could he possibly want to tell me that was so important that we had to be 'alone'? I was anxious the whole day, trying to figure out what he would want to tell me. I waited every period until my last so that I could get to Room 143 as fast as I could. 

Once the bell rang for the last period of school, I rushed out of there and headed for my surprise. I really missed him too. It's been almost a week since our little adventure together, I couldn't wait to see him again and finally hug him once more. As I reach the classroom, my heart began to beat quickly, for I had no idea what would happen. As I open the door, I find myself face to face with someone very familiar.
