1) Last Day Jamboree
"Bang!" I hit the drums.
"Clash!" My brother clashed the cymbals.
It was the last day of school. We were having our last day jamboree. Everyone was playing an instrument. Since we hadn't practiced, the sound wasn't that great. After we were done playing the instruments, our teacher Ms. Smith gave us a little treat. Chocolate! Chocolate is me and my brother Ryan's favorite. She had all kinds of chocolates like Kit Kats, Peanut Butter Cups, Hershey's, we loved them all. My brother and I both got Peanut Butter Cups.
"This is good," said Ryan, age eight, just like me.
This was the first time we got the same teacher, third grade. She was the nicest teacher in the whole, entire school. I'm so glad we switched schools. Last year, we lived in Chicago, Illinois. We both had really strict teachers for second grade, but over summer break we moved. We moved to where we are now, Madison. We love going to a restaurant called "Ella's Deli".
"Stop daydreaming, Miss Anderson," a mean kid named Bobby says.
Later on, Ms. Smith passes out popcorn. After that, we sit down on the rug and get certificates with our names printed on them.
Then, the bell rings. We've had a fun day. We get on the bus to go home. When we get home, Ryan and I tell our mom about school.
"Well that must have been fun," she says, when I tell her about the instruments. I sit back and relax. After all, I have a whole summer in front of me.

De TodoOk, so I found this in my room. I wrote it in fourth grade, so it’s probably going to be really cheesy. Btw, the cover pic has nothing to do with anything, it’s totally random. Enjoy…
