This is before after httyd 2.
The scorching sun was blazing down on the small island of Berk. Chearing roared from the old village as everyone gathered to get ready for snoggletog the annul holiday for vikings.
"Stormfly spine shot!" Commanded a 20 year old girl with braided blond hair. Her ocean blue deadly nada let off a few dagger like spines, which held some shields onto the wooden tree. Astrid patted Stormfly on the nose happily.
They made their way up the steep stone steps to the great Hall. She flung open the towering doors and walked over to her friends.
"Hey guys!" She said happily.
"Astrid! Happy anniversary!" Her best friends heather and ruff jumping up.
Snotlout got up and grinned.
"Happy anniversary astrid."
"Shame it's not ours huh!"He wispered adding on the last part earning himself a punch.
"Really?" She asked laughing when she saw Snotlouts face.
"So where hiccup? He didn't ditch you on your anniversary right? " Said tuffnut. Astrid gave him a death. Fishleggs hit him.
"Hiccup wouldn't do that!"
However hiccup had managed to sneak off of Berk to vist a friend.
Hiccups POV
I woke up, terrible terrors singing on the rooftop. I saunter shown to breakfast thinking all is right with he world when I get son we need to talk (sound familiar) I sighed.
"I want you to go and see merida in dun brouch. You haven't been for awhile and I want you to see them."
"OK come on bud!" I ran outside with my feice night furry toothless following. I climbed onto his scaly back and nudged him. I clicked my metal leg and we were up soaring above the clouds.
The freezing wind battered my Arban hair which was flying aimlessly on my head. Off to see an old friend. I remember last time I had visited merida had grown to adore toothless after getting over her fear and treated us like we were kings.
I snapped out of my trance when toothless pured in pleasure.i guess we are there. We landed in the beautiful forest and made our way to the kingdom. Two buff men looked at us and raised their shinning weapons.
"Who are ya and what do ya want?" They said with their accents.
"I'm hiccup Haddock heir to the throne of Berk. I'm an old friend to the royal family!" I said proudly.
"Very well" They opened the gate and I walked into a whole new world.
Astrids POV
I've been so worried about hiccup. Out of the whole village he's the only one who hasn't said happy anniversary and it's OUR anniversary. He won't be much longer. Have faith in him astrid. have faith.
