Rynn's POV Today, is my audition, I'm so nervous Ivan and Emilio moved back to Spain cause they had to Ivan and I stopped talking, so we broke up I couldn't let that get to me, I had my audition today, I couldn't ruin it
I got there with Chance, Jake, and the rest of Team 10 and my family got there, I found out I was the first audition of the season I keep hearing the forat couple people that audition, don't make it cause the coaches are feeling out who they want for their team I registered and waited until they were ready "Ok Rynn they're ready for you" the manager said and I walked on stage I took a deep breathe and the music started
As I was singing the first couple lines, Alicia turned Then Blake Then Adam And then Gwen I got 4 chairs in the first couple lines
Mark's POV This girl just set the bar so high, she's gorgeous but she set the bar so high
Rynn's POV I finished and everyone gave me a standing obation "What is your name" Alicia asked "Rynn Schulze, I'm 17 and I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania" I smiled "17" Gwen asked and I laughed nodding "Your voice, definitely has a dynamic we don't usually see in people and as the first audition, the bar is already so high, because of you" Adam said "Thank you" I smiled "Girl, first of all, love the style, nice and edgy. Second, you are adorable oh my god, and third, how does it feel to be apart of my team" Gwen said I giggled "Woah woah woah, she never made a decision yet" Adam said "Well, who so you pick as your coach Rynn" Blake asked and he did his natural finger pointing thing "I pick Adam" I said after thinking for a bit "Yess" he exclaimed and hugged me I went to my friends and family and we started jumping up and down and celebrating "That was incredible" Tessa exclaimed "I know" I squealed Then I saw this really cute guy from across the room look at me and chuckle at my excited state I decided to go over and talk to him "Hey" I smiled "Hey, I'm Mark, you did so good out there" Mark said "Thanks. I can't wait to see your audition, I'm Rynn btw" I replied "Nice meeting you. Wanna maybe hang out sometime" he asked "Sure, I would love that" I blushed "Awesome, see ya cutie" he said kissing my cheek and walking to his family "My boy is getting it" I heard his friend/brother yell and I laughed We went home 5 hours later and I got a text from Adam saying welcome to the team Rehearsals for battles start tomorrow and I'm nervous for who I'll go up against
*Next day* I walk in and I see the rest of Team Adam looking at the board I'm against Mark, my newfound crush We've been texting and facetiming together getting to know each other better and I've grown to love his personality a lot He's a charming, sweet, funny guy "Ok you two are doing Pillowtalk by Zayn" Adam said We nodded and started "Climb on board, we'll go slow and high tempo, light and dark, hold me hard and mellow" I sang looking into Mark's eyes smiling And he did the same "You two done flirting yet" Adam teased We both blushed and got to rehearsing more The rehearsals got more intense as the days passed and then, it was battle day I was pretty proud of my outfit

Some battles were before us and then, it was our turn
"It's a paradise, and it's a warzone" we finished together and he put his hand on my cheek and we smiled at each other The crowd was going insane, Adam and Gwen were both standing up "Nice job guys, Alicia" Carson said "You both did so well. That battle was constructed so amazingly well, I would go for Mark cause I feel like he was more at home with the song but Rynn did incredible, your voice amazes me" Alicia said "I disagree, I would go with Rynn cause her high notes were so beautiful and she is a powerhouse" Blake said "Thank you" I smiled "You both are incredible and I think Adam is stupid for pairing you up, but Mark, your voice is so smooth with this song but Rynn's high notes were hit so effortlessly. I would go with Rynn but Mark is incredible as well" Gwen said The audience started clapping "Adam" Carson said "Gwen is right I am stupid. It wasn't until now I realized that you both are special in your own ways, and that makes you both such great artists, but great job to the both of you" Adam said "Adam, who is the winner of this battle" Carson asked I grabbed onto Mark's hand and we waited for the results "The winner of this battle..... is Mark" Adam said and I hugged him "You did amazing, you'll get stolen" Mark said and kissed my cheek "Thanks Mark" I smiled and kissed his cheek We have a little bit of a thing going "Alright, Rynn, anything you want to say to Adam" Carson asked "Thank you so much for everything you've taught me. I feel like I can learn a lot more about myself about a musician so I thank you so much and I think I can find myself" I smiled And as I was walking up to hug Adam, Alicia, Gwen, and Blake pushed their buttons and I turned away tears welling in my eyes
Mark's POV She walked up to hug Adam; I was with my family backstage and the other 3 coaches pressed their buttons "YESSSS" I yelled jumping up and down
Rynn's POV "What is so special about Rynn" Carson asked Gwen "You take songs and you make them your own. Your voice is so good at 17, wow. I just want you on my team" she squealed "No, I need a pop artist like you. You set yourself apart from other artists and I love that about you" Alicia said "She needs to be on my team. No one has ever been like you ever" Blake said "Who do you pick as your new coach" Adam asked I thought about it for about 15 seconds and I said "I pick Gwen" "THANK YOU" she exclaimed and hugged me As soon as I let go and went backstage, I found Mark and hugged him "I told you you would get stolen" he said "I knew you would" he continued I smiled at him and we both started leaning in and we kissed And Chance came over and said that Ivan texted me Ivan-hey, I'm so sorry, please talk to me, I still love you Me-well too late, I have someone else
