Well she was just 17

And you know what I mean

And the way she looked

Was way beyond compare

So how could I dance with another

When I saw her standing there

Well she looked at me

And I, I could see

That before too long

I'd fall in love with her

She wouldn't dance with another

When I saw her standing there

Well my heart went boom

When I crossed that room

And I held her hand in mine

Well we danced through the night

And we held each other tight

And before too long

I fell in love with her

Now I'll never dance with another

Since I saw her standing there

Well my heart went boom

When I crossed that room

And I held her hand in mine

Oh we danced through the night

And we held each other tight

And before too long

I fell in love with her

Now I'll never dance with another

Since I saw her standing there

Whoa, since I saw her standing there

Yeah well, since I saw her standing there

...

I jog to my vehicle and quickly turn on the engine to warm up from the intensive brutal and frigid cold. I'm literally going to freeze and shatter into a million tiny little pieces that will blow away with the wind.

Band practice had just ended at John's place and I decided to go buy myself tea at my favorite local tea shop.

When I open the door of the small shop, heat immediately hits my frozen face. I rub my palms together and take a seat next to the small window, giving a lovely view of the city of Liverpool.

"What would you like to drink?" an unfamiliar voice speaks and I immediately turn my attention around to who it is.

A curly haired girl with black hair and tan skin is in front of me. She must be new here, because I have never seen her around here before.

She is pretty cute. She has a pale face with no makeup and her curls are loose and go down to about her shoulders. She really isn't the skinniest bony teenager, but she is full.

I stop grazing her body as she anxiously watches me, "Ugh yes, I would like just a simple green tea." she quickly scribbles my order down on her small notepad and retreats, without another word. She was really shy and mysterious.

I desperately wait for her return. I don't know what it is about her, but she is really intriguing and her shyness, waiting for me to unlock the thoughts that lurk beneath.
