"Hello Paulie." John greets me as we walk through the gloomy alleyway. I guess I won't be going back to school for the rest of the day.

"John, what?" I am annoyed that George dragged me away from her.

"I brought some food, Paul." He did, he brought all sorts of rations of different foods.

"Thank you John"

"It's nothing, come over and practice tonight." He suggests.

"Ugh not tonight John, I'm going out to dance, you know." I shrug.

"Alright, go fave fun eh, and find yourself a pretty lady." He winks, not knowing that I already have my eye on someone.

I leave him after we eat and I decide to go back to school to see Dayana again. I jog across the streets to the school, just in time to make it to my last class of the day.

I arrive at school, out of breath and go to the grass were Dayana was before. I search around and I don't see her anywhere. I look very closely and I eye her, sitting on a bench and talking to some guy. Is that John? It couldn't be, I just left him minutes ago in the alleyway. As I walk closer to them, I realize that it is really John. Dayana is laughing and hasn't noticed me yet, but John has.

"Well hello, Paul." he smirks, "I just met this pretty lady sitting on the grass alone." Dayana looks up at me and she stops laughing.

"You guys know each other?" Dayana asks, confused.

"Yes sweetie." he puts his arm around her shoulder. Hell no.

Dayana seems uncomfortable and looks as if she wants to scoot away, "Oh okay, I'll leave you too alone now, i'm going to head to the classroom." Before I can respond, she untangles herself from him, picks up her books and leaves.

"Seems to me like you have something going on for her." John smirks again.

"John, please leave her alone, she's not going to be in your stupid little games." I cross my arms together, sternly.

"What games Paul?" he pouts.

"You know what I mean John."

"Oh really, I bet she will be in my little game anytime soon."

"John, don't." I threaten.

"What Paul, it's not like it matters to you anyways."

"No, just don't hurt her okay."

"I won't, but I'll make her feel good." I hear him laugh as I run to the classroom. His words circle around in my head, never retreating.

I find Dayana, she must have the same literature class as me. She is speaking with the teacher, and I patiently wait until the discussion has concluded.

She sits up in the front row, "So this is your new spot eh?" I put my elbow on her desk an look up at her, crouching because of my height.

"Yup, I guess so." she shrugs, taking her items out of her pouch.

Her pencil suddenly falls on the floor, and we both try to retrieve it, bumping heads.

"I'm sorry," she rubs her head.

"It was me." we both burst out laughing as she sets the pencil down.

"Hey, I wanted to apologize about my friend, I know he was making you uncomfortable, he does this all the time." I look down.

"Are you saying I'm one of those.. skanks?" her voice rises and the teacher looks up.

"No, I didn't mean it like that, ugh, he is dangerous okay?" I try to state my point.
