Scis POV:
We heard an ear piercing scream come from down stairs as the ground crumbled below us. Edge ran down to see what the problem was and I stayed behind with blue in the dark.
"Sci? What's going on?"
"It's just a small earthquake blue, don't worry. But we should probably make our way downstairs right now."
He nodded and we began to slowly edge down the darkened steps. Careful not to trip and fall on our way down. We walked all the way to the bottom steps to expect to find edge waiting for us like he promised before... but there was nobody there. I began to get nervous.
"Come on blue, let's make our way outside."
"Um... ok."
We walked together through the empty hallway to find a door at the end and nothing else. No classrooms. No other doors. Just a straight shot outside.
"Maybe we just got turned around."
I suggested. Opening the door and relieved to find the schools garden instead of more hallways.
"At least we'll be safe here... blue?"
I turned around for only a second and he was gone. What the he** is going on here!?

I walked outside and away from the trembling building as I waited for blue to show up. But no one else came through the doors. I walked back over to it, and thought it'd be best to look for him... but the double doors didn't budge.
"Blue!"
I called out to him hoping for a response. But it was quiet. The only sound I heard was the wind rustling through the trees outside. I took a quick look around, starting to get creeped out over the atmosphere. It was getting dark and I needed to find a way back inside. So slowly, I stepped off the porch and into the overgrown landscape. This place... was a lot bigger than I last remembered it.

I walked through the flowers and tall grass as I followed a path around the building. There should be another door around here somewhere. I kept walking until my foot hit something hard and I jumped backwards.
"Ouch! What the...?"
I pushed the grass aside to see what I had stubbed my toe on. It was a statue. I picked up the statue and faced it upwards to get a good look at it. It was a student. The eye sockets wide and barren as if in fear for its life. It cried out streams of tears as I lifted it off the ground. I reasoned that the eyes had just gathered up rain water from its rested state. There's always a logical solution to everything. Always...

Although, not wanting to take any chances, I left the statue alone for now and continued through the side of the building in search for a door. I continued to walk until I came across a large metal fence. Seeing no way around it I began to climb. I could have almost sworn this wasn't here before. But I also haven't been here since last year. And it seems like a lot has changed since then. Although the trees are all in the same place... I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite right here.

(BANG!) I squeaked and jumped up as a lightning bolt struck just above me... or maybe behind? I wasn't quite sure. But I could definitely feel the shock wave coursing through my body leaving only ringing in my ears. I shook my head and continued walking as rain started to drip lightly around me. I shivered and continued to trudge through the thick shrub.
"Ugh. I hate nature."
I preferred much more sterol conditions. And air conditioning. Humph.

Sci continued to walk around the school, noting that it was a lot larger than he remembered. His normally squeaky clean shoes coated in thick mud. Or at least... he hoped it was just mud.
"Yuck."
Shaking off the mud from his feet he finally made his way onto another porch, just as the rain began to pour.
"Sigh. Well that was a waist of time. At least the trembling stopped."
(Creeeeek)
"Hello!? Blue!? Anyone!?"
