Epilogue - Love is dead.

It was the day of the funeral, Harry stood in the mirror and adjusted his tie. He could hear the cry's of people from the kitchen. He thought of the last moment he saw his best friend Hermione and Ron's brother alive. He thought Voldemort was going to kill him. Voldemort who led his friends to death. Voldemort who slaughtered innocent people. Voldemort who is now dead. His tie is was straight when Ginny entered the room. "Are you ready?" she asked quietly. "Yeah, I guess" He said with a sigh. And with that they left.

At the funeral there was many people. No family of Hermione though. As she was muggle-born and she had wiped her parents memories. There were many students of Hogwarts. Harry sat down and looked around. The colours were dark. Dark that is, apart from the flowers. Roses, white roses. As everyone sat down Harry looked at the pictures that lay at the front. Fred and Hermione. Hermione and Fred. Two of the nicest, funniest, cleverest people he had ever met. 

The boy who lived looked over at his girlfriend Ginny, tears were running down her face. Wrapping his arms around her he pulled her in for a hug. He kissed the top of her head and whispered "I love you"  She looked at him. "I love you too" Everyone stood up and started to leave. Harry and Ginny left the back way so no one would disturb them. They found a little hill looking over a lake. They sat on the hill and looked over the glimmering water. "Don't worry Ginny, They will always be with us. But for now, Love is dead but they will be forever with us."

Always.
