Star POV:
Mantis, Gamora, Drax and I were walking out of the woods seeing Mantis still annoyed and worried. Gamora felt the same way as she kept looking at Mantis with a glare. I gulped as Draw was pushing up against me with his muscles were squishing me to death as we walking up to the space ship. I gasped for air with my body getting warm again.
"Dr-rax can you move p-please" I begged as Drax suddenly moved away feeling sad.
"I'm sorry, Star" he frowned.
"it's okay"
Gamora suddenly screamed out loud with her knife up against Mantis neck. I quickly made a gun knife and pointed at Gamora with my ice powers feeling alittle weak than usual?
"GAMORA! STOP!" I shouted. Mantis eyes look feared and scared.
"TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE HIDING!" Gamora shouted on her face. Mantis ears were pointing down in fear. I pinch Gamora skin lightly as she now pointed her knife at me. I kicked her hands and grab my ice knife and stab her side of her wrist shirt onto the tree.
"TELL ME NOW!! I SAW DEAD BODIES! TELL ME!! WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE!" Gamora yelled.
"O-Okay! p-please dont k-kill me" she frowned. I look at Mantis who was shivering.
"LET HER GO!" Drax shouted
"o-okay listen, Ego got what he wanted. I-I should have told you earlier" she mumbled
"I'm stupid!" she cried.
"Peter and Star are in real danger"
"danger? why me"
"Because Ego is going to take you back"
My body shivered as I didn't want to go back. . . at all and I am not going to let that happened.
"t-the body's are his children."
"we need to get off his planet now" Gamora growled
"Ego probably already got him to be his side by side with by now."
"why can't we leave now" Nebula said as she suddenly join into the group.
"no cause. . . he's my boyfriend" I gulped
"your right Star, he's is our boyfriend and we can't leave him behind"
"you mean family"
"oh right. . . family"
"but. . . expect maybe you" Drax said as he faced Nebula
We all ran up to this little hill and saw the Temple that was almost 4 hours away. I screamed out loud as I knew we were never going to make it. I felt my ice powers were going lower and deep like never before. I stand up straight and saw the temple was glowing with Ego powers. My mouth was getting caught by something hard as I couldn't even speak.
"Does anyone have a plan?" Drax said.
I looked up seeing an idea coming through my brain. I got up to the top of the hill suddenly making an ice bridge. I made it transform into a bright as my eyes were getting cold. I turned around seeing Gamora, Draw and Mantis looking shock.
"y-your eyes" Mantis Shivered
I came up to Mantis and push her up onto the ice. She started sliding her way up to temple. I made my way up in front of her making the ice go longer and faster to make it to the temple. The temple was shaking and the light was getting brighter. I put more ice onto the floor and the ice from behind was melting. I turn my hands into a fist and the ice and building up more.
We finally got into the temple as Drax kick the door open, I felt even weaker as I saw Peter was getting killed by the blue light that was right through him. I gasped as I screamed out his name. Gamora had wrap her arms around my shoulders.
"hang on!" she shouted
All of sudden, I heard something crash into the temple seeing, Yondu and Rocket in the ship. It hit Ego and suddenly peter fell onto the floor looking weak. I quickly let go of Gamora and ran up to Peter who look surprise.
"Are you okay!"
"y-yeah, we need to get you up on the ship" I said
"are you hurt? you look weak? are you okay?" Peter questioned
"Peter! this is no time to ask questions now!" I said sounding weak.
We finally got up to the ship seeing Baby Groot,Rocket, Yondu and this other guy. Baby groot climb up to my shoulder and kiss my cheek. I smiled as I rub my cheeks onto his cheek. He made a the most cutest noise in the whole world. We all got up to the ship, I suddenly felt the sharp pain in my head this time as I drop myself onto the floor feeling the pain. Peter fell onto the floor as he was still alittle weak from Ego taking his energy away. I heard Mantis gasped making Gamora coming down at us.
"Peter, Star you are guys okay?" She asked.
"y-yay just feeling a little weak" I mumbled
"wears my guns" I said as I looked around looking for my guns. Rocket threw my favorite gun towards me as I catch it and grab my jetpack. Peter grab his equipment with his ear piece.
"you guys only have alittle bit of time before he comes back soon" Mantis gulped
I saw the light was coming to cover around the ship. "how are we going to kill ego?" Drax asked.
"It's his brain! we need to find his soul or whatever" Peter said as he was climbing up the stairs.
"we need to go down the ground, below the surface"
Peter quickly drove the space ship with Yondu upstairs in the space as we were all downstairs feeling the ground and ship shake like crazy. I sighed thinking about if they were coming back for me to take me away from Peter. I came up to Groot as he was scared and shivering like a dog who is was scared of the thunder with my hand around his wrist and put him on my shoulder. I stand up to tall trying to think of the elves and start thinking about how the hell are we going to defeat that crazy bitch ass monster.
