Starlight (Peter Quil) (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2)

( I know the loki part wasn't in the GOTGVOL 2 but meh! let's change up abit:)

Star POV: 

We finally got to the "Heart" Of Ego that we have to destroy his core before he comes down and kill us all. I got my jetpack ready with my guns ready to shot. I heard someone was talking into the speakers as I heard that it was that new guy. I couldn't really hear what he was saying as Mantis interrupted my hearing. 

"oh! thats the core!" 

"Rocket!" Gamora said

"got it!" Rocket shouted in excitement. 

"so. . . we're saving the galaxy again?" Rocket asked

"I guess so?" I said

Rocket was pressing the buttons as he were super close to the core.  "we must hurry! it does not take Ego that long for him to find us." Mantis worried

I finally heard the speakers were getting clearer as I heard Yondu yelling at the new guy. "Captain! Captain!" 

"what is it boy?" 

"yeah uh. . . remember that ayesha chick?" he asked

"yeah why?" Yondu asked

"uh. .  their uh. . . heading your way and also there these other space ships are here too but they look like boat?" 

I suddenly heard the spaceships were shooting at us as we peter and yondu were driving the ship side to side. We all suddenly were flying in every direction. I heard Mantis,Nebula, Drax and Mantis fell out the spaceship. I screamed as I grab baby groot with my hands and put him in my pocket. I grab onto the ship as Peter called out my name. 

"STAR!" 

"I'M HERE!" I shouted. 

The ship went upright as I was still on the floor with baby groot in my pocket. Rocket was fixing something up from the floor and started moving his hands like crazy fixing up some wires. peter came down picking me up with his hands around my waist. I thank him with a smile. 

"already! I think I have a bomb in my bag some where" he said as he was looking in his backpack.

"a bomb? thats not gonna help kill the core! it's not that strong enough" Nebula explained

I looked at baby groot who was still in my jacket shivering in fright. I turned on my jetpack as Peter smirked at me with a impress expression on his face. 

"I guess we have to fly down to the brain and kill it there" Rocket said.

"Let's go" Peter said

"oh it's on Pete. Last one is a rotten egg" I giggled 

I jumped out the ship with my jetpack flying into the laser and missing them, I added my mask with a giggle coming out of my lips with my hands out enjoying the wind blowing in my hair. I spun around and headed down to the Ego brain where Rocket quickly told me as I jump out the ship. Baby groot was still in my pocket, moving side by side. We finally arrived as Peter shouted in anger as he was the one last.

"cheater" he mumbled rolling his eyes. I cross my arms with my hips into one side.

"um no! I jump out of the ship when Rocket started his sentence" I argued. 

"uh huh! you jump out of the before he even started talking!" Peter shouted coming up to me with his eyes looking down at me. We both glared at each other while hearing Rocket cough sounding irritated.

"Jesus can you two stop being lovely dovey and all that shit!" 

"This isn't lovey dovey Rocket! Peter is just jealous that I came here before he did" I pouted 

"no! I am not jealous! I am jus-Rocket shouted out loud with a loud growl.

"CAN YOU TWO STOP YAPPING AND START FIGHTING THESE TWO SPACE SHIPS OUT THERE OR HELP ME TRY TO START THE BOMB!" 

We both shut up as Baby groot got out of my jacket pocket and got down to Rocket who was looking at Rocket then us. 

"the hole is to tiny to us to fit" I said 

"not yours" Peter smirk. 

I slap his arms as he stop laughing making him getting serious again. Rocket sighed as he grab baby Groot and make him fit into the hole and pop right in. I look up into the sky and saw this man with black hair smirking down at him. He shouted down at me with his head moving to side as he knew it was me who was looking for. Peter wasn't pay attention as I jump down into the cliff with my jetpack blasting out. I fly up and down seeing the laser gun shots passing by me. I heard Peter yelling into our earpiece.

"STAR! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!"

"DISTRACTING THEM SO THEY NOT HITTING YOU!" I lied, shouting into the earpiece 

The laser gun shot pass by my pants as it was burning in fire. I use my cold powers as only just alittle bit of ice came out as it only patch my tiny burn. I knew that something was wrong with my powers. I quickly went down to Peter as he was yelling at Rocket.

"rOCkET! I DON'T GOT ANY TAPE!" he shouted as he was counting to shooting.

 Peter turned his head towards me as I heard him sigh into his mask. He turned around talking to Rocket. I look up seeing the same guy pointing at me as he yelled at him. I grab peter's had and gave a long passionate kiss. I knew that this would stop from shooting at my friends amo is to just turn myself in. I felt a tear coming down my cheek as I didn't want them to take me away. 

"Star? Why are you crying?"

"i have to go" I cried. I look at Rocket and Baby Groot who were frowning and look confused.

"Go where?" Peter asked

"I love you" I said as I gave Peter my last kiss. 

I flew my way up to the man who wanted me this whole time. I heard Peter shouting my name over and over again. He tried to fly up towards me but I took off his engine for only 15 minutes. The man armies came up to me as they injected me this red liquid that made me even more weaker. I heard Drax called my name and the others. One of the men push me onto the boat as I my eyes were getting weak as I saw Peter crying my name out. 

"Captain, where do you want me to put her in?" one of the arm men asked as the man in the black smirk with excitement. 

"leave her out here" 

"Let's go!" he shouted 

I felt the ship was flying away from the war as I heard the ship was getting shot at. I close my eyes feeling the men pulling me a seat next to the man that I suddenly remember.
