Chapter 4-Pearl and Rose

Yellow Pearls POV

We followed the pearl until she stopped in an opening overlooking a small camp.I realized that this must be the rebellion camp.Blue spoke first.

"What can we call you?" The pearl turned around and responded, "Just call me pearl-what can I call you two?"

I responded first, "Just call me yellow"

Blue replied with a smile on her face, "Just call me Blue."

When we told Pearl our names she let out a small laugh.

"What?!" I demanded.

"Its nothing-" She said "-its just Blue and Yellow just seem to match."

I felt a blush come over my face I looked at Blue and she had a blush on her face as well.

Pearl was going to say something else until she was interrupted by another voice.

"Pearl?" Pearl turned around fast as if she knew the voice.

"Rose?" She responded.I thought to myself-Rose as in the leader of the rebellion?As the figure stepped out of the bushes I noticed the features seemed to match.She had long pink curls,a pink and white dress,and the most obvious detail-the star around her gem.

She asked "Pearl who are these gems and why are they here?" I was surprised she didn't know we were coming?

Pearl responded, "These are pearls from the base,this-she pointed at me- is Yellow -then she pointed at Blue-this is Blue."

The figure responded "Hello Blue and Yellow I am Rose Quartz."

As if the named seem to scare her Blue moved closer towards me.

Rose noticed the action and said, "Don't worry-I'm not going to hurt you."

But Blue still stood by my side.Rose then turned to Pearl.

"Why did you bring them here?" She said.

Pearl replied, "I wanted to show them what they could have with the rebellion that they will never have at homeworld."

Rose asked, "You don't mind if I show them?" She said, "Garnet is looking for you."

Blue spoke up, "The fusion is with you?"

Rose turned to her and said "Yes she is."

Pearl replied to Roses previous question, "Okay then you can show them i'll go see what Garnet wants."

Rose nodded,and Pearl jumped off the cliff leaving Blue and I with Rose.
