Blue Pearls POV
After Pearl was gone Rose turned towards us.I stepped away from Yellow feeling embarrassed.I don't know why I moved towards her-I just did.
"I guess I should explain what Pearl was talking about-" She said, "that you wouldn't have with Homeworld."
Yellow replied, "Yes I was curious about that."
"Then follow me." Rose responded
We followed her into the woods as she started talking.
"As you know Pearls were created to serve."
Yellow and I nodded.
"And that your opinion never mattered-only the person you served mattered." She kept going,
"You can never disobey an order and you were told you were another pearl among replicas."
I responded, "Yes that is what we have been told."
Rose replied, "In my opinion every gems opinion matters."
We stopped in another clearing.After a few moments Yellow asked Rose a question.
"Why do you fight for Earth? Why even create a rebellion in the first place?"
Rose simply laughed and responded, "I believe all life is precious gem or non gem."
"I created the rebellion to fight for all life and something else."
"What is the other reason?" I asked
"I also created the rebellion so anyone could be there own gem."
"There own gem?" Yellow asked
"Yes for example, you both heard of garnet right-the fusion between the sapphire and the ruby?"
We both nod.
"If she was on Homeworld then she would have never existed.They would of separated Sapphire and probably shatter the Ruby for fusing with someone above her."
After a few moments of silence she finally spoke.
"That is one of many things you won't have on Homeworld-you don't have your own opinion and you can never be your own gem."
I stood there thinking.My own gem? It sounds amazing but-I am disrupted from my thoughts when I hear a gems voice in the distance.
"Remember they are to be rescued unharmed." Said the voice,I realized that it must have been a homeworld gem.I quickly turned to Rose and said,
"Quick you have to act like you kidnapped us."
"Why?" She asked.
Yellow responded, "They probably thought that we went off on our own."
"But still I can't jus-" I interrupted Rose
"Please if you don't they might shatter us!" I pleaded.
"Fine." Rose said
Before I knew it I saw Yellow get knocked unconscious then Rose turned to me and did the same.As I blacked out I saw Rose run with her sword in hand.As my vision began to blur I saw the homeworld gems run over to us.I heard muffled voices but by then I had blacked out.
