This story is about when I went to my first weigh in on Tuesday, May 16th. And it was crazy. Please comment if there's any mistakes and hope you enjoy. Also my lambs name is Newt.

It's sprinkling. Hopefully it goes away before weigh in. As a walk into the barn it gets worse. It's now poring rain. As a caught Newt it started to calm down a bit. As I helped my friend catch her 6 goats (4 where being put at another house). As we got them into a trailer we were off. When we got on the highway it started to thunder and lightning. After maybe 10 minutes on the highway it started to hail. As we get off the highway it stops hailing. We head off to the fairgrounds. When we get there it starts to pore again. Newt was soaked and was baaing till he was going to get hoarse. As we walked up to the scale and put in Newt's new ear tag it started to rain harder. Once we got Newt in the scale. The person in charged yelled, "90 pounds". The look on my mom's face when she realized Newt who's only 4 months old weighed 90 pounds. We got in line to get de-wormer and they asked how much he weighed so I answered and was happily told I was not the heaviest lamb. Earlier there had been one that had weighed 116 pounds. After we weighed de-wormed we were back on the road. We headed to the house where the 4 other goats where staying. It was still raining. Afterwards we started home. The rain still poring down. When we got home Newt and Tina (Tina is my other lamb. She isn't going to the same fair as Newt but she was freaking out and most likely would've hurt herself if we left her alone) where taken to their pin and I fed them. Then my mom drove us home (I don't keep my lambs at my house they stay at a friends) and ate chili! It was a wet and cold day. It's supposed to rain on Thursday too (Tina's weigh in).
