A/N: Katerina is 18 almost 19 now , Dominic is 20 now and fresh out of prison . Mia is 18 now.
It's been 2 years since Dominic got arrested for beating his fathers killer.
About a month after Dominic asked me to be his girlfriend , His father was killed in a race after a driver named Kenny Linder sent him to the wall at 120 mph. About a week and half later Dom found him and beat him with torque wrench leaving him with serious head injuries .
Dom is coming home today , we talk everyday or at least when we can , I visit with Mia some times every visiting day for him is Sunday's from 7am - 11am at Lompoc Prison .
I moved in with Mia in the Toretto home and sold my home to help pay everything . regardless on what happened I always think of him and I know this is just a rough patch and we will get through this.
I remember the day we went to court to hear Dominic's hearing the day he was sent to Lompoc prison for 2 years .
* Flash Back 2 years ago . Court room *
" All rise " the judge said .
Everyone was standing , I was looking at Dominic . I knew he was going to serve time , but I just didn't know how much .
" please be seated " the judge said
Everyone sat down waiting for her to announce the verdict.
" In the juvenile case of Dominic Toretto , he is found guilty of attempted homicide and will serve 2 years in the Lompoc Prision . With no parole " the judge said while smacking her hammer down on the stand before leaving the court room .
I froze I couldn't believe it , 2 years I felt the tears streaming down my face .
I looked at Mia and she was heartbroken as well .
Dominic's friends; Vince , Leon and Jesse came with us to the court , Letty came too .
I ran towards the stand where Dominic was by and pulled his face towards me and gave him kiss filled with so much passion . This will be our last kiss and I'm going to make that count .
The bailiff pulled me away from Dominic. " I'll be waiting for you " I told Dominic with the tears streaming down my face .
" take care of Mia for me " he told me . He gave his friends a look and they just nodded.
Before the guards started to take Dominic to the back to get him transported to Lompoc.

I have all these types of butterflies running through my stomach . He's finally comming home .
