Liam's P.O.V:
I have to tell her. I broke up with Sophia because I liked her. I couldn't just break up with Sophia for nothing. I couldn't just throw it all away. I know she doesn't like me back, but I have to tell her. I want her to know, but at the same time, I didn't want her to know. I didn't know what was going on in my life. Everyone thinks I can have any girl I want, but it's not as simple as that. If I tell a girl I like her, and she likes me back, then great, we'd most likely date, wouldn't we? But most of the time, I tell a girl I like her and she doesn't see me in the same way. It's happened right from when I was a child. It happened a lot when I was a child. No girl I liked really liked me in the same way.
There was this one girl, in High school, she was a really popular girl, who was quite geeky, but she was still popular. The teacher sat us next to each other in Languages, and we developed a friendship, even when the teacher moved us away from each other, she continued to hang out with me. Her name was Kaelyn, and I was suprised she actually wanted to hang around with me. I started to develop feelings for her, and I told her, but she didn't like me the same way, she just wanted to be friends. but, she never talked to me much after that, she smiled at me if we met in the corridor, or gave me a brief wave, but that was it. I wanted the opposite with Addi. I wanted to tell her, and if she didn't like me back, then I still wanted to be friends. Friends that talked to each other, not just a smile or an occasional brief wave.
We were sitting on our beds on the bus while the others were getting stuff from Tesco. Addi was asking me about Sophia, why I broke up with her. I stood up and walked over to the door, looking through the glass. Addi got up and sood behind me. I turned around. I was gonna tell her. Now.
"Because I like someone else," I said, looking up at her.
"Oh, well that explains it, I guess."
"Your not asking who it is?" I asked, surprised.
"No, it's none of my buisness." She said, "But if you want to tell me.." She grinned, a huge grin. God, I loved that smile.
I laughed, pulling out my phone and showing her, "this is her twitter."
Addi stood there in silence, possibly shock? She didn't say anything, just stood there. I started to panic. She took a deep breath and smiled at me. She took her phone out of her pocket and scrolled through something then turned her phone around to show me.
"This is the guy I like's twitter.." She said.
I swear my heart stopped. It felt impossible to breathe. I took a breath trying to get the oxygen in the air into my lungs.
I laughed, "Okay, well this is awkward."
She walked back over to her bed and jumped up, so she was sitting on it. "Uh huh." I copied her actions and sat on my bed. We sat in silence for a few minutes before Addi finally broke the silence.
"How long?" She asked, "How long have you known?"
"About 3 weeks." I replied. " How about you?"
"About the same." She said, looking up at me. I smiled, and she smiled right back.
"Well, do you wanna go out with me?" I asked.
Addi grinned and nodded. I grinned back all the while wondering if there was a god.
"Can we just keep it to ourselves though?" Addi asked, "I mean, we can tell the others, but not the fans or anyone else. The fans don't even know about Naomi and Harry yet and you've just broken up with Sophia. It might be a bit too much for them to handle." I nodded, knowing she was talking sense. It was the right thing to do for now.
The others bundled into the bus, laughing and joking, carrying bags filled with goods. I cleared my throat and got up to help them, taking a bag from Niall and another from Naomi. They were both rimmed with food. I walked to the mini kitchen and started packing the cupboards and fridge full. Addi came in behind me with Harry and Naomi, carrying bags. Harry and Naomi put the bags and left laughing, leaving me and Addi to pack the food away.
Addi's P.O.V:
"He did what?!" Alexa shrieked. I laughed.
"He asked me out." I repeated.
"Oh my god!" Lydia yelled.
Naomi scrambled from her seat and ran over to me, hugging me. "I'm so happy for you, Addi!"
"So how did he do it?" Lydia asked, after everyone had sat back down. Liam was in the small sitting area with the boys, while I was sitting on my bed, telling the girls. I could see Liam from where I was sitting, and I looked at him. He looked right back and smiled. I smiled back then turned to the girls.
"He just told me he liked me, and I told him I liked him, and then he asked me out." I said, smiling.
The girls started screaming again, and Harry and Louis stood up and came over to us.
"What's all the noise about?" Louis asked.
"Addi and Liam are going out!" Naomi said. I swear, they are more excited about the aspect of it than I am.
Louis' eyes went wide and he spun around, running over to Liam. "Liam why didn't you tell me?"
"Liam!!" Harry yelled, following Louis' and running to Liam.
Zayn laughed and came over to us. "I'm happy for you guys." Zayn said, hugging me.
"Aw, thanks Zayn," I said smiling.
After all the comotion about me and Liam dating, we all sat down, and talked. First, Liam told everyone he didn't want to tell anyone else yet, and everyone agreed and said they wouldn't say anything to anyone. Then we just started talking about everything and nothing, like we were back in high school, like we didn't have a tour, like we didn't have hundreds and thousands of screaming fans that loved us, like we weren't famous, just like we were normal teenagers having a lovely chat. It was nice.
After a while, we started mucking around, Louis put on Madonna's Hung Up, and we all danced around the bus singing it, even our driver, Alan, was singing from up front.
"Every little thing that you say or do, I'm hung up, I'm hung up on you!" We sang, loudly. "Waiting for your call baby, night and day, I'm fed up, I'm tired of waiting on you!"
After the concert that night, we all climbed onto the bus and got on the road again. We were all pretty tired, so everyone went to bed, but me and Liam stayed up and sat on the sofa. I rested my head on Liam's shoulder and he put his arm around me. We sat there in silence for a few minutes before Liam spoke.
"What do you think of the tour?" He asked softly.
I took a deep breath before answering, "It's good, yeah. What about you?"
"It's good. I'm just worried about the fans."
I looked up at him, "The fans?"
"Yeah. At how they will act about us. And about Harry and Naomi. It might be a bit too much for them to handle."
"Well we won't tell them. Not yet anyway. We don't know how or when Naomi and Harry are revealing their realationship, so we'll just wait."
"Yeah. I guess being part of the music industry, with thousands of fans, you have to expect and accept it." he said.
