Emmett is deaf, he has had a really a really hard life. Emmett had a best friend, her name was Bay. She was a very big part of his life, she always told him the "when he was in trouble, txt her". His whole family was deaf and, everyday someone would make fun of him. So he didnt have very many friends. So he was "talking" to his mother. She was suggesting that she could send him to a deaf school. Because at the time he was at a hearing school. He never had friends that could sign before. When he went to a school called carlton, he felt like he fit it with the other deaf kids. There was another girl who went there, her name was Daphne, she was deaf as well. Emmet and Daphne were intent best friends. When he got her and Bay, he felt like the world made sense and Bay was hearing but she knew sign language. She learned just for him, Bay and Emmett were the bestest of friends and when they got older, she got a tattooing job beacause she was an artist. When she got her job, they kind of driffted apart. Then 2 years later they met again and she was still 100% fluent in sign language. She had like 20 deaf friends. Daphne and Bay are sisters, thats how Bay kept on learning.
