(A/n): I think this the most touching chapter ever. Comment what ya think.

Rick's POV

I was in the garage working on some stuff until the school bus came. I stand up and wait for (y/n) to get off the bus. I only see Summer and Morty get off the bus. My smile turns into a confused look.

"Where's (y/n)?" I asked suspiciously.

"Um. . .we haven't seen her." Morty answered.

I was on the urge of exploding at them.

"What do you mean?"

"I was with her this morning. She wiped Frank's memory and I made him my boyfriend. We hung out all day together." Summer explained.

That's when my nerves snap.

"I told you 2 to look after her! Not to do whatever you wanted! The only reason she wiped his memory was for her not to be taken away! She could be anywhere right now!" I yelled.

At this point they stare down at their feet. They know they're guilty. I run inside to find (y/n).

"(Y/n)?" I asked, "(Y/n)!"

Me: Everyone, get your tissue boxes ready. 😁🎆

I run upstairs and call her name again. Soft cries fill the halls and my ears. I walk in my room to see her on the floor curled up in a ball crying. I swear I felt my heart crack from seeing her in this condition. I knew school was a bad idea for her.

I bend down next to her and hold my arms out. She looks at me with red watery eyes. Her look made my heart sink. She hugs me and I hug her back. She cries onto my shoulder as I rub her back.

Her cries were heartbreaking to hear. Not only because she was in pain. It was the fact that she was being searched by everyone. She was scared. I know how she feels.

I'm wanted by all the galaxies for crying out loud! She can't stop crying. I didn't realize this, but a tear rolled down my cheek. After that one, more came one after the other. But. . .I never cry.

The thing was, I didn't cry because of what was happening. I cried because I didn't want to lose her. I didn't cry for anyone, expect for Diane and Beth. But (y/n) was someone worth crying for. She was scared.

She was scared of being taken from me. And I was scared of what might happen to her if she was. I want her to smile. But in a situation like this, how could anyone smile?
