"Where have you been" My grandma said as soon as I walked In the house

"Shit" I whispered

"ANSWER MY DAMN QUESTION" She yelled

"Listen you old hag you ain't screaming at me but I was at a hotel so therefore you ain't even had to scream" I said walking up stairs.

As I grabbed me a rag and towel. I hopped in the shower making sure the water was burning hot.

I got out seeing 16 missed calls from my mom I planned on calling her tomorrow.

"Wake up Nadia" My grandma said

I checked my alarm clock seeing it was 6:35am. As I got dressed. I brushed my teeth and face. I grabbed both of my pills drinking water to help them go down

I stepped out the car putting my earbuds in turning my music up all the way.

As I entered the cafeteria I sat my stuff down. Walking towards the line. As I grabbed me a tray somebody tapped my shoulder.

I took my earbud out turning around to meet Malachi.

"Hey" he said

I gave him a head nod continuing to move in line.

"Uh there's a party tonight I was wondering if you wanna come" He asked

"Ion think so" I said walking towards a table

"Look I will pick you up at seven you ain't got to give me your address cus I will figure it out and wear some cute" He said walking towards his friends

"Oh so this bitch talking now" Some girl said rolling her eyes

"I been talking just not to you" I said rolling my eyes back

I got a piece of paper thrown at my head.

They better be lucky she on her pills or she would have slit her throats in half with that paper.

"Look I just came back Ian tryna start shit with nobody so please I swear if you throw another piece of paper my way I'm going to cut your esophagus" I said politely

"And she will do it because remember when she beat Mia up her whole face look different now" Some boy said

"She ain't beat me up" I guess the Girl Mia said

"Yes she did" The whole class said in union

I chuckled continuing on my work

"Did anybody do number 4" The teacher said as no one raised there hand she called my name

"Nadia would you like to answer"

As I rose my head up I looked at the problem for 5 seconds I answered the question

"The answer 3" I said laying my head back in my arms

"How did you get that" She asked

"Ian explaining so" I said

"It's right but how did you get it" She asked again

"Ion know like I said Ian explaining my brain just see these numbers and provides an answer" I said

After she rolled her eyes at me the bell rung.

"Nadia come here, I think you should join this class it could get a big score for you to go to college" She said handing me a paper I took it and grabbed my stuff and left

As a unknown voice came in my head they said it again

She sounded nice. As I smiled somebody finally stood up for me.

I wiped the tear from my eye heading towards the lunchroom

"None of you DAMN business nosey bitch" I said

As I felt my hair be grabbed she punched me kicking me in my stomach I grabbed her shirt pushing her with a lot of force

"Listen lik devil ass child this my house now you gone answer my questions with politeness you been kicked out your own damn house by your not even real father" She said hugging up and down

"Actually I left" I said hearing the doorbell ring

I answered it seeing Malachi this nigga really found my address
